YES! We may have beaten around the bush for awhile, but I think we have a winner. Gamorrean guards as green bacon were a little gross and inhumane. The Bacon ATAT was awesome, and my favorite had to be the Darth Plagueis story told in bacon. Yet this in-universe answer opens another question: why is bacon not referenced more than in a couple dishes at Dex's Diner? Is there some kind of bacon conspiracy? Possibly (gasp) so many different species love the food that they have eaten the main sources of it right out of the galaxy!

I'll stop now, before I get too carried away.

A word to the mods: This topic was brought up mainly for fun (although I was genuinely interested in the answer, what with our exposure to nerf sausages and all). I mean, who doesn't love a good meme-filled discussion about how random things (most importantly bacon) tie into the Star Wars universe. I'm not fully familiar yet with how the different subsets and groupings of threads work, so I just chose the first one that seemed to fit somewhat. Feel free to move it around or (hopefully not) remove it as needed. Thanks!
