Does Yoda ever leave Dagobah?

Or does he just stay there in that hut?

 

Sometimes he goes out of the hut.

Unless he has an indoor outhouse.

 

Does he go to other planets?

 

Nah, too dangerous. Dagobah hides his presence from Vader.

 

Yeah but at some point in the 20-odd years between ROTS and ESB he must leave at some point? Is it mentioned in the EU that all the geeks read?
And what exactly is a noob?

 

Nothing has been writen yet that says he leaves,so for now we'll have to assume he never left Dagobah.

do we actually know when he got there? Was he planet hopping for ten years or did he go straight there?

How would he have known of a place called Dagobah in the arse end of the Galaxy?

Maybe it's his home planet? A Planet with a huge life force and parts of it strong in the Dark-side may explain why he was so strong in the Force.

 

well i was hoping ROTS would show how he got there but Lucas was a bellend about it.
He should've kept it in.
Maybe he didn't go to Dagobah straightaway. I reckon he checked out other places first. maybe he went to tattoine and saw obi-wan and they went on out the beers at the Cantina Bar in Mos Eisley. I reckon he must have met up with Chewbacca and all given as he said he'd miss him when he did one from Chewbacca's planet in ROTS.
By the way, i thought Noob meant nobhead!! ha!ha!

 

He fought and killed a dark jedi some time ago on Dagobah. Supposedly his spirit went into a tree, I think. But Dagobah supposedly has a very strong Dark Side aurra about it, hence masking Yoda's existence from Vader.

How is that a plot hole? The SW galaxy is immense. You could easily hide somewhere in the outer-rim without ever being found, even by a force sensetive.

But it was a place he knew the Dark side wouldn't be able to sense. Why bother with searching all over the galaxy for another planet when he knows Degobah will do just fine? Besides, traversing the galaxy can only leave traces of Yoda's existance.

This is hardly a plot hole.

 

I think there's a Perl script out there that generates a user name with a May '05 or June '05 start date and posts random sentences with "Plot hole!!!!" at the end.

 

But they know he's alive and Obi-Wan is alive.

The Sith know they are out there.

I think this is the biggest plot hole. Is that fact that come ANH the Sith aren't still hunting them down. Or that there is a bounty out on their heads.

Especially as the Sith managed to take control of the Galaxy using the "only two" rule.

It's seems pretty stupid to leave two Jedi out there. Not Padawans or Knights but two of the foremost Masters.

 

I don't think Yoda uses an outhouse...check out the scene where Luke is eating, and Yoda is in the background saying "Yoda not far, hmm". I swear he is PEEING back there.

Well I mean, you don't see the stream or anything, but he's got his back turned and...he's peeing, he's totally having a wee.

 

I though his race peed through their ears.

 

Maybe Yoda doesn't even have a digestive tract. Maybe he doesn't even eat. Maybe he feeds off the Force.

Maybe I'm just making up a bunch of crap. NOBODY KNOWS.....

 

He totally eats. Rootleaf stew!

 

sometimes yoda is in his hut like when it is raining. when it is nice out, he sits outside his hut and has a "picnic." sometimes he goes into the woods and plays with the bog-wings. when it is really nice out he goes swimming but is very careful to avoid the dragonsnake that lurks in the water. also the place where they make sesame street is just down the street from him. there he does the voice of grover.

 

If Im not mistaken I believe that it says in the ROTS visual dictionary that when the Jedi put Kamino back in the archives they found more planets taken out. Yoda took Dagobah out pemanently in case something like ROTS happened.
