Anybody calling TLJ “too radically different” clearly missed the point that it essentially is TESB with Hoth at the end, the ROTJ throne room scene in the middle, and a prequel location and set piece squeezed in for good measure.

I mean this it the same fandom that complains about Luke's arc even though it's Arthurian, something Lucas himself said he wanted for an eventual sequel trilogy.

They think Lucas can do no wrong, but Luke's TLJ arc is similar if not the same as what GL envisioned.

the ST haters are generally described as "wildly inconsistent."

 

They probably also hated on the Prequels when they came out, as most people did.
So they know Lucas can do wrong, it's all just trying to appeal to a certain viewer base they can grift money out of.

If it was in their interest to like the ST, they would say they like it (Geeks&Gamers did, until it turned out most of his core audience hated it)

Omega, like Boba, is a pure clone of Jango Fett.
Which would be fine if she wasn't white and blonde, so I'm not sure how that works. You'd think if she had other DNA mixed in (like Palpatine's) , Crosshair would have said so.

Also, if the Empire wants to stop production of clone soldiers why even worry about getting more of Jango's DNA?

it was cool to see Cad Bane & Fennec Shand fight, I expected she had a different employer and that turned out to be the case

 

I mean, I hated the OT from the day it came out, so I guess I'm the Ultimate Star Wars Fan, or something.

 

It's honestly unfair that they don't nominated updates to past films for editing awards
