Let me begin by saying that I have never been a fan of the Ewoks. As a matter of fact, ROTJ has been my least favorite OT film because of them. I was thirteen years old when the film was released, and I was no longer collecting toys, although I collect toys now at the age of 50. I have recently used our current situation as an excuse to watch literally everything related to Star Wars. That includes Caravan of Courage: An Ewok Adventure, Ewoks: The Battle for Endor and Star Wars: Ewoks.

My daughter has always been a fan of the Ewoks, and she loved those shows when she was a little girl. I never appreciated them until now. The matte paintings and stop-motion visual effects of the live action films are wonderful, and the pastel colors of the animated series are very nostalgic. It all brings back fond memories of the 1980s.

I have also realized a fond appreciation for Endor. It is truly a magical place. I was therefore wondering what other fans think of this subject now that many years have passed. Any replies would be very much appreciated.

This isn't really a topic for SWTV. If you want to talk about the Ewoks movies or show go here here or here. If you want to talk about Endor and/or ewoks in general you might want to go to the SWC or OT forums. If you want to talk in-depth about Endor lore then Lit might be your best bet.
