Last day of Feb, so are we calling it now? Title + Trailer at celebration?

There's absolutely no reason to drop a title in March when early April is basically the focal point for all star wars news.

 

Interestingly enough I read that Mulan has wrapped and there will be a teaser trailer coming in April. Talk about EARLY!!!

An amazing Mulan film will pull off INSANE numbers in China.

 

It'll be a hard sell without the music.

 

Yeah. It seems they're going the Avengers Endgame route.

 

And without Mushu who is apparently going to be played by Kevin Hart.

But I assume that IF this rumor is true, it will be a teaser like the first Cinderella or maybe first BatB teaser, but probably closer to the Cinderella one.

The other side of the argument is that simply dropping the title on Twitter a couple weeks before Celebration and the teaser trailer arrives sort of primes the pump for the teaser trailer. Sure hardcore fans who know what Celebration is and are on boards talking about trailer dates know about when a trailer will arrive, but for non-SW fans and casual fans, dropping the title in advance of and separate from the trailer would signal to them that a trailer is coming soon, get ready.

The way to discover the title is in the opening crawl...then they hit you with a Men in Black memory eraser so you can't tell.

I have a feeling the title will drop today. Some of my title predictions are: Rise Of The Knights/ Reign From Beyond/ Edge Of Destiny/ Legacy Of The Chosen One/ Dawn Of The New Order.

 

If there were to be a Galactic Uprising against the First Order, to where at the end the First Order falls and Freedom Fighters are victorious.

Then the title should be: Star Wars: Episode IX: A Galaxy United
