Colicoids and Gree are pretty cool. Dugs and Vratix also have unique and interesting body plans. There are a lot more as well though.

Why the hell aren't the Bith more powerful? They are supposed to have super-evolved brains that are like biological computers, they excel at many things from bioengineering to droid programming to economy, and while they are pacifists now, they had an aggresive period (they almost blew their own planet during a civil war). How come those guys didn't come out of their planet and kicked ass? How come there aren't some Bith-dominated mega-corporations? How come there aren't more Bith colonies around?

There was a Bith Sith (nice rhyme) who was Plagueis's master.

I know. What I mean is, why are humans basically running the galaxy, and not those guys? Why are the Muuns running the banking system, and not those guys? Why aren't the greatest engineering companies Bith-owned? What are they using those big brains for?

Bith are not vey enterprising or forceful, unlike humans. They are mostly artists and scientists.

As I said, they are pacifists now, but they had an aggresive period in their history. They almost destroy their own planet using bio-weapons during a civil war. They could have channeled that energy through peaceful enterprises and have used their scientific might to cut themselves a slice of the farmaceutical or the starship and droid building market.

Survivors quest gives a lot of the answers to your questions.

Chiss are of similar cut to imperial fashionbut have slashes of color to denote family affliations with black for the military. Ambassador Formbi clan I think had yellow.

HELL YEAH! >:D COLICOIDS - brilliant and nasty inventors of the DROIDEKA'S! I wonder why there weren't any prominent Colicoid members on the Separatist High Council though :( I mean usually the representatives of the Separatists whom also had patented their brand of war machines usually had someone of the head on the Separatist High Council given well for the Techno Union - there's Watt Tambo, for the ROGER ROGER B1 Battle Droids - Geonosians so we get Poggle the Lesser, for the Spider Droids and Commerce Guild we get Shu Mai and Cat Minn and ofc Trade Federation with the cowardly Nute Gunray and Rune Haako ... and there's San Hill the Banker for the Banking Clan - and somewhat indirectly if you think about it in the EU - Darth Plagueis whom not only mentored Palpatine but also mentored San Hill when he was young ...

On a side note - I've always been fascinated by the TRUE SITH - so the Ancient Massassi whom were tainted with the Dark Side even before the Dark Jedi arrived on Korriban and enslaved and conquered them ...

Or perhaps the Rakata species? I wonder how they'd have fared against the Yuuzhan-Vong ...

Or Master Yoda's un-named yet species ... given many were to be Powerful and influential members - particularly to the Jedi Order - including Master Yoda himself ...

    Oh the list goes on!

Klatooinians, certainly. t'landa Til are a "distant cousin of the Hutts" and seem to appear as Hutt underlings, on Ylesia in particular.

The History section of the Hutt article:

    http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Hutt

goes into more detail - Sakiyans (toward the independent side of the scale), Vodran, Nimbanel, Nikto, and so forth.

I'm fond of Zabrak like Eeth Koth epsecially. I imagine I'd be a Kel Dor if Star Wars was real. I'd love to be a girl related to Plo Koon, even if I was defeated eventually. It would suck to have wear a mask, but while Kel Dor are not as tough as Sith purebloods, Zabrak, and others, I'd prefer to live a little longer than other species like humans. Also, um, I like Ahsoka and Shaak Ti's species. But I couldn't handle having those head tails. Fictional women like that are tougher than a girl like me who relies on wigs in real life! I actually have Miley Cyrus-like hair in real life under my wig. Lol. ;)

The Devlikk: of which the most notable is Wan Sandage, from the Episode I Adventures comics, as I recall:

That is an excellent question. You would think you'd see these guys as crime lords, corporate tycoons, and the like. Forget the Neimoidians. They're dog meat compared to these guys. Darth Tenebrous showed us how dangerous a Bith can be.

Interesting, although not too surprising as different styles are used as well. Depends which interpretation someone likes best though. Although, one thing that would be better is more diversity--like, just because something is described as a "reptile" shouldn't automatically mean dinosaur when there's literally thousands of species of reptiles to get inspiration from.

Don't you think some of those aliens look a lot like ones we already know?
I am thinking of Ithorian, Trandoshan/Saurin, Stennes Shifter...
