Eyebrows VS No Eyebrows

Yeah, but if he could grow his eyebrows back and not his hair...

 

I don't think it would make much sense to have him with eyebrows because his face was burnt.

Simon Weston was more burned up than Anny and his eyebrows grew back, at least partially. And his moustache.

 

I highly doubt Vader shaved his head. How much would it sting if he took the crust of those scars? Still, the image of Anakin's wavy tawny locks poking out of the rim of the helmet IS amusing, we all know Anakin liked to wear his hair long.

 

I very much like that mental image. I hope we get either a re-release or an Infinities comic featuring hippie long-haired Vader.

 

WHY is this still a conversation? How is this even an issue? Theres Han Shot First, Hayden replacing Sebastian, THOSE are contraversial, but this? This is a NON-issue. How bored are we?

I don't think the average person watching the movies is going to be thinking about his eyebrows.

 

If by "average" you mean "non-fan", I suppose that's true, Ousley. But as a fan, it's something I noticed for years and hoped they would change. And then they did!

 

I come here just about every day and I never noticed they were there to begin with, let alone that they'd been removed.

 

By average fan, I mean the 99% of people who have ever seen Return of the Jedi that haven't noticed it or talked about it on the internet.

 

Talking about Vader unmasked makes me think about The Force Unleashed. I never thought I would ever say this, but that game made in impact on me. I dont wanna spoil it for those who still havent played it yet(shame on you), but the ending is exactly like TPM, AOTC and ROTS should have been. In fact, the entire games screams original trilogy, something that sadly the prequels do not. There´s too much fake, clean and plasticy CGI. No realism.

 

Shame on me? LucasArts wouldn't let me! With extremely flimsy excuses, no less.

That game sucks.

 

I beat it so fast it was like playing a demo. Pretty short game.

I love it, though.

No kidding, TLJ...I have a PC that would completely own that game.

On the other hand, I'm glad to see that Republic Commando isn't getting replaced as my favorite SW game anytime soon.

 

No eyebrows...Even back then I thought they detracted from his creepiness.
