Ezra Bridger will meet up with Luke Skywalker

Now, Ezra. He was just awesome in this show. He was the guest star who knew how to shine. I love how intuitive Ezra is with his fighting. He's one with the Force.

 

Also they both come from different linages of two great Jedi masters. Mace Windu and Yoda.

 

It took me a minute to remember what you were alluding to. But I was like, "Oh, yes. Oh, yes."

 

As with most major moments in the Favroni series, this will happen offscreen.

 

Nah as Ezra dosent i ow about Luke opposed to Ahsoka.

 

Ahsoka's first meeting with Luke was also offscreen.

 

She at least has history with Anakin.

 

Ezra is older than Luke isn’t he? I just remembered that. He seems younger than Mark Hamill is in Return of the Jedi.

For some reason I thought he was older than Luke in the Darth Maul demise episode. He’s not.

 

As cool as it is for Ezra to have a copy of Kanan's emitter, am I the only one disappointed his crystal is blue? I'm getting annoyed with the same few colors for lightsabers in Star Wars.
I would've liked purple, yellow, magenta, orange, or even bring silver or gold into canon.
But Ezra joins the 3 lightsabers club, which most force-sensitives never get that far.

 

His original crystal was blue, so it checks out. Ezra kind of broke the lore with his second lightsaber. He went from blue to green with no solid explanation. As for why he gets one of the 'boring' colors, it just means that he's a true Jedi. So he gets a Jedi color. Purple would've been cool though given his lineage.

 

So did Luke? How does that break the lore, there’s never been an explanation about why the colours change

 

Luke was gifted his father's blue saber, but then he built his own green blade. Ezra built his first saber, which was blue. We don't know the origin of his second saber, but now his third saber matches his original blue one. The canon lore for lightsabers is the wielder bonds with a clear kyber crystal which then turns a certain color. Then that's their color. As far as we know, that's absolute. It can be expanded upon further in future media, but that's how it works for now.

 

It’s never been established that every crystal a particular Jedi attunes to will be the same colour. It’s actually disproved by Ahsoka, who had both a green saber and a second saber with distinct shade of yellow-green.

 

Even green. I would have preferred he stick with green.

 

I wonder what Huyang would have thought about Ezra's first lightsaber.

 

He'd say it looks like a staple gun.

But in all seriousness: if it works and is comfortable, I don't see why he would care. It's about making a saber that is right for the user, and not blowing yourself up in the process. I don't think Huyang cares that it meets any standard in regards to his own taste.

 

The very show you’re talking about has orange and white lightsabers, which are not typical at all, so this is an odd critique.

 

I would love if he got a purple lightsaber, so far only Mace Windu has one.

 

Kelleran Beq had a purple blade in Jedi Temple Challenge, but when he made the jump to "proper" Star Wars earlier this year, they switched it to green. Which was kind of a shame in some ways, but also made a lot of sense in others.

My point is, I wouldn't get your hopes up. Seems that they wanna keep Mace's colour unique to him.

 

The Acolyte, pls have some purple lightsabers. I hope Finn has one in Rey's movie.

 

Now with Ezra Bridger returning, we have two Jedi Knights in the Galaxy who are war heroes. Think he will ask Luke for help.
