The contract ended in March. Thus, I imagine we're not paying anything right now, since we're the ones waiting around to move. If IGN really wanted us to go, they'd give us the stuff we'd need and say good riddance.

Just found this via a series of links, and noticed the first post mentioned something about stars.

Been puzzling over this Star business for a while. Why can't I see the ones I've earned for reaching over a hundred posts?

And to clarify, IGN is the place that we are leaving?

last post to this thread got me to reading the first post to this thread,

Considering that IGN's been bought out by Fox, eh.

I'm moreso waiting on this thread to be locked instead of us moving.

 

I pretty much decided by May 19th that we werent really moving and this was some elaborate April fool's joke.

 

Heh. While I am still waiting for the move, I tend not to worry about it and figure it will happen 'eventually'. Which can be anywhere from next week to five years...

Though, Dingo and the gang apparently put together a kickass modified version of vBulletin. Unless Dingo was manipulating my pathetic mind and laughing the entire time as he convinced me that it really existed.

 

a) It's not like it would have been all that difficult to do really, and you know it.

b) If it was an elaborate AFJ, any and everyone else with an axe to grind over it can get in line behind me as I have a couple of hundred hours of blood, sweat and tears to get back via various methods first.

 

I know it wouldn't have been that hard.

And fair enough. I just know that you could easily toy with my mind and trick me. So eh.

Question regarding the vBulletin setup. I've been on some other vBulletin boards and it says when a user is online next to their name when they make a post.

Will the tf.n boards utilize this feature at least for mods?

From the screenshots in the first post (such as this one), it doesn't look like it's there. Probably too much of a database hog.

 

Those were taken back in Febuary though. Have things changed since then or is the new board all done now?

 

Yeah, I would like to see some updated screenshots if possible. If not, it's cool.

That feature is not currently enabled.

However, there is a "Moderators" link that lists all of the mods/managers/admins, and has the little green light next to those who are online.
