Fish & Chips: With or without salt and vinegar?

i am clearly a minority without person, if i want to overwhelm the flavour of fish and chip i use something with taste like ketchup

With. And tons of brown sauce.

 

With. And curry sauce on it as well.

I dunno. The fish 'n' chips in Thornbury are quite good. How can so many people like vinegar? It's only nice on cabbage.

Grimsby's fish and chips were rotten when I tried 'em. Whitby and Scarborough, now they had great fish and chips, and other assorted seafood.

When I went to Newquay they were too expensive to bother with, so I went to some chicken take-away instead.

Yeah, you probably went to some dodgy place. My local fish n chip shop has award winning fish and chips. Seriously.

 

I had some fish and chips when I went to a wedding up in Grimsby, I have to agree, they were really, really good.

I do think it's a silly question, you can't have fish 'n' chips without salt 'n' vineger...it's just not right.
