According to "Star Wars Encyclopedia of Starfighters and Other Vehicles", it's a heavily modified "CSS-1 Corellian Star Shuttle"

It must be heavily modified, because I see zero resemblance with that base ship lmao.

According to the BTS info for the episode, the full design of the ship was inspired by the Lego version seen in the Lego TFA game.

 

For some reason whenever I read the name of that ship my mind translates it as "Maison Derrière" from that old episode of "The Simpsons." Never been entirely sure why.

 

Maybe it's heavily modified because they started with a CSS-1, stripped it down to a single bolt, and then built a whole new ship around it.

 

Idk, I could see where this came from a CSS-1. Keep in mind the ship could be over 100 years old at this point, constantly being modified over the years.

 

Looks like an unused Solo design might have ended up in the fleet (it’s a chain of tweets)

 

Considering how modified Griff's racing TIE fighter is from a standard model, it seems like Star Wars ships can modified quite a bit from the base stock.

Makes me wonder how much Green Ace resembles a standard G30
