No, I don't think that losing would be a disaster. It's big just to get into the final, and they have already made a lot of money in the CL.

Technically I think Real is stronger. However I feel that Bayern is really trying hard in the CL, and they'll probably try to upset Real, which doesn't seem that improbable.

losing in the CL for the bavarians will be a disaster. this club is in my opinion the most arogant club in europe.

real is on top in spain, right? i guess this will be a very hard game for both teams. hope it will not end in a technical battle where every team don´t have the corrage to attack.

That's the boring thing with finals, the teams get too afraid of loosing.

Have to agree with it, shockingly it can happen even in the most touted "interesting" matches.

But don't you think that last year's final will be repeated? I would love so to have the Real Madrid and the Valencia again in the final!! I think both of them have a chance. Specially the Real that is being so good this year in the Spanish Liga and in the CL.

    Ala Madrid!

i think when teams which already face against each other in the "normal" league play in the final of a international cup, too, its quiete boring. i guess its more interesting to see two european top teams from different countries face each other in the last round.

but its just my point of view.

Of course it's more fun when teams from different nations meet. When they are from the same league they know everything about each other, but when they aren't there could still be some surprises.

Then again, I don't even know whether I'll be watching it. Here in Singapore, I get it from 3am-5am which is ridiculously early and my Mum will be pretty mad at me for getting up so early.

Oh well... last year I didn't watch it coz I fell asleep and my alarm clock didn't work... :(

That's really bad... You can always tape it, although it's not the same thing.

anyone saw last nights game between real and munich?

in germany you must have a special decoder to encode that game and then it even cost money. i hate the pay tv!

No I missed it, here in Sweden it's on cabel or satellite, I don't think you have to pay extra for it.

I saw the match, although here in Spain it was also on pay TV. The Real really deserved the victory, but the $&% german goalkeeper was fantastic. I don't know what will happen in Munich, but I'm still confident that we will pass to the final.....

    Ala Madrid

Didn't see it live, but the clips I got on the news showed Oliver Kahn doing pretty well...

He seem to be in tremendous shape, I'm glad that I'm not a forward in the opposite team.

i just thought real will get a close victory at home, but then...

this could be a very interesting second match in munich. now all these brilliant individuals like figo, raul or roberto carlos must show how they handle with the pressure. they must score one goal to overtime...

lets see what´ll happen... hope to see (i guess the second game is free) a great match!

Have to agree, wonder how Real will handle the pressure.

The Leeds and Valencia match seems like Valencia will win, what do you all think?

BTW anyone here interested in discussing badminton?

So it's München-Valencia in the finals, I had hoped for Real.

And I'm sorry Valiowk, I don't know a thing about badminton, I've just played it in school.

Yes, the Real wasn't able to win.... But I hope Valencia will make the german team down to their knees.

    Go Valencia.

In my opinion, Real Madrid really deserved to win, but then again, the german playing "style" (to call something their no playing at all) was too much for us... And adding the fact that throughout the whole second time there were maybe four goal shoots , it's not difficult to understand the defeat... Next year!!!

munich played very defensive. they know that real must score at least one goal. they played very clever and controlled the game from the beginning on.

i am sorry, but real was not the better team. the played bad and lost.
i was really depressed because i expected i better game from both teams... hope the final will be more exciting.
