True, but in the same paragraph or so, it states Fulcrum is Ahsoka and then goes on about Wedge being recruited.
Going by memory, to play the devils advocate, I recall Wedge stating he actually never met Ahsoka...

 

So we can guess that if Fulcrum 2.0 is Kallus he is feeding the rebels Intel. Also Kallus does the following in the premier

he objects to using Thrawn hunting the rebels because Thrawn was last seen wiping out a rebel cell with a lot of civilian casualties

Yet this article on the official site from September notes that Fulcrum could be a title passed on like "Dread Pirate Roberts".

 

Maybe its Kenobi.

 

Speaking of Pirates, if Hondo hears that Ahsoka is Missing presumed Dead, and assuming he gets a new ship, he should totally name it the Ahsoka Tano's Revenge.

I ask this in all seriousness- what makes you think there is a Fulcrum 2.0? Ahsoka could have been in contact with the cadets prior to her encounter with Vader. The cadets could have been waiting for the opportune moment to defect and, have been given the Fulcrum symbol by Ahsoka, use that as proof of their sincerity to the Rebels. Kallus (who‘s obviously going to defect) could have found out about the cadets and is helping them to prove his sincerity. So Ahsoka could be the only Fulcrum.

At least he confims that there is "Fulcrum 2.0".

 

I mean its not like it would make much sense for it to be ahsoka.

 

Of course they’d assume people would analyze the voice. So if their messing with us… it's Thrawn and this is an elaborate trap of his.

 

But "Revenge" is not the Jedi way!

 

Aftermath never stated that the Fulcrum who recruited Wedge was Ahsoka. Never. It just stated that someone with the codename Fulcrum recruited Wedge, but the true identity of that Fulcrum was never revealed in Aftermath.

I think that someone took over the Fulcrum role after Ahsoka disappeared. This person (most likely to be Kallus) is the new Fulcrum in season 3. And I think now that the Fulcrum from Aftermath was actually that new Fulcrum.

 

She's no Jedi.

 

Fulcrum also sent Wedge on a mission after his recruitment. Would have been kinda hard for Ahsoka to do that when he hadn't even defected yet.

 

I hope Kallus survives the Series because he has to be one of the most interesting imperials to come out of the new Canon along with Sloane.

I think they know that fans would know about the voice and so they're knowingly messing with us. I don't think it's Kallus because it's too obvious.

Since Gary Whitta was the writter, I imagine it's a RO connection and they will reveal the identity of Fulcrum 2.0 after the release of the movie and I'm betting on Cassian Andor because he said he recruited for the rebellion for a long time.

 

I could buy it.

 

It sounds to me definitely voiced by the actor that plays Kallus.
