I am a NJ resident RAMS FAN that revels in their success.

Yesterday supried me. I wrote them off as a loss, and since we didnt et the game up here I couldnt watch it all.

It's awesome to see them beat Seattle!

Really JCF and BOWK are right, until the Cards finish what ever it is they're going to do, they got all the attention.

 

I REALLY do not like football. However, having Super Bowl parties is alot of fun!

 

High School football sucks. Especially when it's all your school cares about.

 

Oh yeah. College is worse though. Lucklily my school DOESN"T HAVE A TEAM!!!

 

Heh, at least with no team you avoid the winning a grand total of 2 in the past 3 years....

Somehow the Miners won the first game of the season, and the one last weekend. Yet one of the games in between was a 92-28 loss. Hehehe.

And other than that, yeah, none for a few years.

I've always disliked them

baseball is not over yet. I'm guessing it's either gonna go to game 6 or 7. I really don't think we're gonna finish it off in Houston. I pray we finish them in 6 though because if it goes to 7 I'm gonna be real scared. The Astros are hot right now, but they had to go to game 5 with the Braves. We're a better team than them. We just have to play as good as we know we can.

 

Hey, Bob...you and my husband would get along great...he's a huge Bears fan.

 

I have a few friends in the STL area, who said that they can't pay attention to the Rams right now because the Cards are on fire.

We've got our Rams blanket out, sporting the pride.

 

I guess the Rams are my NFC team even though I don't follow them much. When it comes to football, HERE WE GO STEELERS!! HERE WE GO!!!


And the Astros don't "own" the Cards this season, they own the Cards' B-team. GO CARDS!!!!

First of all, you cannot say any version of the "f-word" on the boards anymore. Second, have you watched the last three games? They've figured out our staff. Tavarez is hurt now, and so is Kline. Our closer just blew a game, and while Williams pitched BRILLIANTLY tonight, he cannot pitch anymore this series. Also, where did our offense go? If Brandon Backe can shut us down this effectively, what's to stop Clemens in Game 7?

Geez, now I remember why I didn't like this place at times...

Actually, this is how the Cards are all the time. We get this close, and we blow it. I think it might have to deal with getting big heads when you think you are so close and you begin to underestimate your opponents. I have done that in fencing and have paid the price. The same can go for any sport for that matter.

1) Christian you know this is a Baseball town and we all really like the Cards. Slamming them like this is not nice at all and can be considered baiting. Stop it.
