Anthony Marielli


Anthony nodded to two-face as the mob boss led the way down the hall. He had gotten use to the odd suit the man wore, but it was his style and he was the boss. He gave a reassuring nod to Renning before continuing on down through the rooms toward the cars. He had double checked his pistol before meeting with two-face but he did so again, making sure the large revolver held all the bullets it could. He made sure to keep a few rounds extra as well in his pocket at all times, he didn't like to be caught unprepared. While walking he slipped on a pair of brown leather gloves and gripped his hands into fists to make sure they were not too stiff.


When Two-Face began explaining what would happen Anthony nodded again and quickly opened the door of the front seat for him to get in. He then walked to the drivers side of the car and quickly got in gripping the wheel, the keys were in the ignition and the car on. The cars radio was off and Marielli waited patiently for Two-Face to enter the car and start towards the docks.

En Route to Hobbs Bay

"Not bar," she corrected him. "We're headed to the docks at Hobb's Bay. Well, a little bit away from there so we're not too conspicuous. Apparently there's a big trade going down with Two-Face's mob and a German cartel. Beyond that, we can only guess. Weapons, drugs, you name it."

The info Renee gave him was a slight bit alarming for the lone fact that Keith had been down in the Graden projects earlier trying to draw a source for the sudden upswing of drugs being brought into Gotham. His sources were able to give him very little information on the topic, but did mention that the ports were seeing a lot more shipments as of late. Bringing his attention back to the moment Keith shifted from third gear into forth as the black monte carlo continued towards the ports area before he spoke.

"Hobbs eh.........I got a guy down there I use to parole for Joey Crab owns a shack not to far from that area acutally overlooks the harbor", he answered as he checked his rear view quickly. "Foreign involvement eh......definitely sounds like Two Face.........all my sources so far indicate that the drugs hitting the street are slightly stronger then the usual so I wanna get a good look at this German Cartel before any moves", Keith informed his fellow collegue as he sped through a yellow light the black monte carlo roaring in the night.

"Either way it looks like our boys in customs have been turning the other way once again", he spat with a hint of malice.

If there was one thing in the world Keith hated worst then criminals it had to be those who served as the law aiding crime for their own benefit.

Abandoned Testing Facility

Konrad nodded slowly, listening to the young man's words. "Stay out of our way." The message could not be any clearer than that, and that's what bothered the German. "Stay out of our way" meant that if he was in their way, he was collateral. But it also meant that he could direct their warpath.

To the philosopher of the bunch, seated in the room, Konrad said, "I don't presume to be a higher authority than any other man; I act as I see fit. Innocence is relative, and it can be deceptive. Innocent until proven guilty is the modus operandi."

"In other words, you don't share Bats' 'no killing' rhetoric?" asked a costumed man. "I can't speak for the rest of the team, but if that's the case, I think if I saw you in action, I'd treat you just like I'd treat any other criminal: leave you scared and giftwrapped for the GCPD."

Konrad smiled warmly. "You'd have to catch me first, friend. And that is where problems begin to arise." He turned back to their leader. "With such friends, what need would I have for enemies?"
