@study888 I do apologise again for a long absence, DRL has been crazy recently. But here we are.

So, I've been looking around the boards for a little bit now to catch up on things but there is a topic I've found that could be rather interesting which can be found in this thread here: Parrels with real life

So what I'm gonna say here is, I want you to go away and take a look at the linked thread, then come back here or via PMs, and tell me your thoughts on the topic, maybe choose an example of it yourself here and there.

Skallagrim's study of the "advantage" of holding the high ground is pretty good. In my re-enactments and sword training, I came to the same conclusion: high ground isn't really an advantage fighting one-on-one.

I feel like most of the areas I used to visit have died down a little bit.

It's like the endless void of space, waiting for something that will (probally) happen once every few years, and then the cycle starts all over again lol.

But seriously, our temple and the RP areas have gone a lot quieter than I remember.

 

Sorry for my absence recently. DRL is getting more and more presistent the older you get it seems...
