OK, so it would seem that some of you don't like the casting of a few characters. Not having read the book myself, I have no idea what the characters are like, so I don't see the problem.

In order to clarify this, who would *you* cast in the roles of Lupin and Sirius?

 

Viggo Mortensen would be perfect for Sirius OR Lupin.

 

Dunno, I haven't got to the Sirrius part of the book yet ^,^

I'm reading Azkaban so I've read his description as Harry saw it on the news. From that info. I would think Viggo, well not dark and scary enough. But I haven't finished yet so maybe he scrubs up well.

 

Who did they cast as Lupin/Sirius? I demand my right to scream in horror.

The DVD is out today! YAY!! of the second movie that is...

 

I hope the extras are better than those on the first one.

ok i've watched chamber of bondage, oops i mean secrets twice now, in my opinion it was much better than the first movie.
I enjoyed the demo between snape and gilroy. The bassalisk was awesome, and so was falks. The guy who played Lucious (i can't remember his name) was perfect. Mcgonnagal(sp.) didn't have a big enough role, and not enough quiddich was shown, but it was still awesome. I'm glad it got straight into the story without mincing about. I thought Aragon could of been shown a bit more, instead of just his head. The scene with Ron and Harry escaping from the army of spiders was cool.
Snape, should of had a bigger role, but i only say that cos Rickman has done a fantastic job of playing snape so far. was it just me, or was the movie a tad too short?

 

I saw Chamber of Secrets for the first time last night. It was okay. I got bored through it though. I haven't read the books, but it felt like the movie was trying be a book as opposed to being a stand-alone movie.

i'm glad the newspaper di the responsible thing, and not keep the books and leak the story. i wish the book was out before i take my trip to NZ.

I heard on the news on JJJ last week confimation of this story and that they have arrested 3 people in relation to stealing the book.

 

I'm still skeptical.
