Well, people have apparently run out of things to say. Anyone got an Ep.3 countdown clock working yet?

How big do you think boba fett's part will be in ep.3?
(remeber, no spoilers, just thoughts or something

I really hope Boba doesn't have a big role, if a role at all, in Ep.3. I think it would be best to keep him out of Ep.3 and ANH and then when he comes onscreen in ESB, have the viewer saying, wow, look at what he has come to, just like his father before him...

Hello! My name's Adi and I'd like to join in this little countdown, if that's okay. It's quite depressing to think that Ep. 3 will be the last Star Wars. I don't think Lucas should make more SW movies (what would they be about) but it will still be sad when they're all over.

As for Boba, I'll wait until I see what happens to him in AotC before I saw anything about him in Ep. 3, but I have a suspicion he shouldn't be in Ep. 3. AotC involves bounty hunters heavily, but Ep. 3 should be Anakin's movie. All his, Obi-Wan's and Padme's lose ends need to be tied up.

 

I don't think Boba be in Ep3. Unless theres a Slave I cameo.

 

I have a feeling we might see a lot of Bobba Fett in EP3. I think EP3 might tie-up the "Bobba - Vader relationship" loose ends that were created in ESB.

Besides, more Bobba = More

Good point thenink. Vader and Boba definately knew each other though they easily could run into each other in AotC or even just sometime after Ep. 3. But ESB does give one the sense that those two had some kind of working relationship previous to that movie.

 

I think we'll see Boba as well. I think Boba will have some unfinished business from AOTC to take care of.

 

I can't imagine that we would see Boba in AOTC and then not see him in any way, shape, or form until ESB.

Hi, like Maul there who started this thread, I also was pretty ruined by spoilers for AOTC (I still can't wait until its arrival though!), so am looking forward to Ep III. As for Fett, I have a feeling we'll see him, perhaps he'll have something to do with the Jedi being hunted, who knows (perhaps Vader telling him specifically "no disinegrations" wasn't just random advice...). I do think it would be cool if we didn't see him until ANH though (remember, he's in the Special Edition in the new Jabba scene), as like Maul said, it would let first time watchers be surprised by how much like his father he is.

 

I'm torn about the Boba issue. I want to see how he ends up in AotC before I saw anything else. But do you think we'll see the Jedi hunted down in Ep. 3? I think that would be a horrible, but morbidly interesting thing to see. It would accent the point that the Jedi are gone and darkness has enveloped the galaxy.

 

It would take a whole movie to show all the Jedi hunted down, but we'll probably see Mace or one of the new Jedi fight Vader.

Ep3 will be Vader's movie. Boba would just be a distraction unless he helps cause Anakin's turn to the darkside.

 

Boba could possibly appear, but I agree with MatRags in that Ep. 3 has to be Vader's movie. We've been waiting years to see his transformation and we don't want too much taking away from his final descent.

 

Agreed. But, he can't just dissappear as a child and come back as a man two episodes later, can he?

 

He could come back 2 episodes later (1 if you count ANH SE). Depends on what Mr. Lucas wants.

Without really knowing how EP2 ends up for Bobba, if he doesn't appear until ANH, how would you know that that is Bobba? The "new generation" that watches the movies in order (which I disagree with, but that's another topic) might be confused and think that Bobba in a new hope and ESB is Jango "re-incarnated" or something!

Also, who do you think is taller: Jango or Bobba (Grown-up Bobba I'm talkin' about here!) The reason why I ask is because Jango seems HUGE when compared to Bobba!
