As a proper English speaking non-American I find most of this thread baffling.

Han rhymes with Dan, or Barn (note to yanks, Irish and pirates: soft R, like "ahh").
    Palpatine rhymes with teen.
Coruscant can be either Coh-roos-ant or Coh-roo-scant, either is fine.
Organa rhymes with banana (yes, we have no Organas).
I prefer to pronounce Tyranus Tih-ran-us, but Tie-ran-us is fine too. Just don't mix the 2nd and 3rd letters round you'll do fine.

To my own bewilderment, I find I'm alternating the pronunciation of Organa according to whose name preceeds it: Leia "Or-gan-a," and Bail "Or-gahn-a."

And I'll be humming now for the rest of the evening: ...we have no Organas today...

Yeah, I went with it sounding more like "tyranry" rather than "tyrant." That's how it sounded to me in the films.

But, yeah, the Leia and Han multiple pronunciations has always bugged me a bit.

Anyways, how does everyone pronounce Boba Fett? I've always said Bo- buh (long o) as the films seem to verify this, but I was with a group of friends this weekend and a few folks kept saying bob-us (like the name bob).

And how about Jabba? Jab-uh or job-uh? I tend to say job-uh, but I guess jab-uh sounds more correct based on Han's pronunciations.
