It was a normal Wednesday afternoon, I was lazing around not doing much and the phone started to ring. Eventually, after many seconds of an annoying sounds, I shifted my arse and picked it up.

    *Amazingly high voice*

    "Is Nat there?"

Now, usually I just scream at my sister and she comes-a-running to get the phone. But I decided to have some fun.

    "Is Nat there what?"
    "Is Nat there?"
    "No, she's down the beach."
"Well, tell her that Hannah called!"
"Hannah? She said that she was going to meet you down the beach."
    "Oh, okay then. I'll go."
    "Okay, bye!"

An hour later, my sister comes downstairs and screams at me. It turns out her friend contacted her and they argued about this "meeting". I'm lying on my bed watching Wyatt Earp and just laughing through the whole thing.

"Jamie! You're such an arrogant &#%*!"
    "Natalie, what does arrogant mean?"
"Shut up! Why do I care anyway?"

She walks out and doesn't close the door. Now I'm angry. I storm over to the door and slam it shut, just as she's walking back in.

    "You're such a wa-"

    *BANG*

I opened the door and she was lying on the floor, out cold. Turns out my door is able to shut people up as well. So I'm wondering what to do and my Dad arrives home. Now I'm scared as [poop] and decide the best option is the truth.

"I didn't answer the phone and she got really mad because it could have been her friend, so she started yelling at me and then I slammed the door and she walked into it."

My Dad couldn't stop laughing and we abandoned her on the couch. She has yet to wake.

I once almost knocked one of my friends out with a tennis racket at a school picnic. Thankfully he didn't tell on me.

I see that your "truth telling" is rather lenient as earlier in your post you said that you did answer the phone and lied to her friend which is why she was upset. If you hadn't answered the phone at all then this trouble could be avoided. I hope you are also not telling the truth when you are mentioning how long she was knocked out as this is a sign of a head injury and medical attention should have been sought.

I did something like that once.

After an argument with my brother I slammed a door behind me, not knowing he was following me. The door hit him right in the face, didn't knock him out just pissed him oven even more.

    No, that's my girlfriend.

My mother has been a nurse all her life. My sister is fine, she woke up for a while, swore in my general direction for a bit and then fell asleep.

[EDIT] I meant I told the "truth" to my Dad. I'm not going to tell him how much I *really* pissed her off. Hell no.

No you did not. I can get so much grief from the crap she does. It can be turned onto me within an instant.

Just like the door was to her.
