This. Nobody likes Batman and Asscrack. I suppose next you're going to say that Jar Jar was your favourite character in Ep. I ?
I wouldn't say that nobody likes B&R. Savagely brain damaged people might love all the pretty colors and Ahnuld.
Three reasons, in reverse order of importance to me 3. Uma Thurman. As a redhead femme fatale. With a really stupid power. 2. George Clooney > Bale and everyone else - I'm tired of the modern mopey tragic dark and tortured Batman. George Clooney is so smug that if he was made of chocolate he'd eat himself, and I much prefer his (to be fair at times grating) levity over any of Bale's boo hooey rubbish. 1. Arnold's 2 Hour Pun Marathon - to be fair I think I have a particularly unique weak spot for this kind of thing. "You're fired" (True Lies), "Stick around" (Predator), "Consider this a divorce" (Total Recall), "Let off some steam Bennett" (Commando), "He had to split" (Running Man), "I let him go" (Commando) all had me in stitches. tl;dr I don't really care about Batman but this was the one that made me laugh the most
Superman IV: The Quest for Peace is notable for being the one DC film that has made me laugh the most. Maybe if B&R had horrible special effects, I would've liked it more.
Two reasons. 1. There was talk that Kilmer and Schumacher came to blows, or almost did, during the making of the third film. 2. Kilmer was offered "The Saint" and had committed to that, which would conflict with his doing "Batman & Robin".
In Dark Knight Rises, Bane was the bane of Batman's existence. In Batman & Robin, Bane was the bane of the movie's existence.
