If Anakin never went to the dark side would Padme have still died?

    Padme gave up her will to live (ROTS) because Anakin went to the dark side. So if he never went to the dark side would she still be alive?


    i kinda think she would but...opinions?

    I don't think so. His going to the dark side had nothing to do with the fact that she was perfectly healthy through the whole labor.

    As in answer to your question I suspect Padme would not have died if Anakin didn't join the darkside.
