Mindslayer was the leader of the Titan Triad, a superhero team that specialized in the control, containment and/or extermination of Great Beasts, though they also had experience with crime syndicates and supervillains.

While Vektrans are a common sight among ADL (Astral Drift License) facilities, only a handful have ever registered as superheroes, with Mindslayer being one of them.

Mindslayer's Astral Drift is "Dark Web", allowing him to extend his Vektran nervous system into long wires fit for grappling, swinging and restraining. The wires can be thick or thin, weaves into webs or single ropes. Through them, Mindslayer can perform the similar psychic domination ability his people are known for and directly control others like puppets on strings.

As the leader of the Titan Triad, Mindslayer's tactical mind proved useful for mitigating the damage of Great Beast rampages, coordinating the powers of Sandstorm and Gigara with expert efficiency. Some Great Beasts even proved susceptible to his psychic domination, allowing Mindslayer to steer the monsters back into the wild or into containment cells for extraction or extermination. On the lower end of physical firepower and durability, Mindslayer relied on his powerhouse teammates to protect him long enough for him to get close enough to an enemy to end a fight with psychic domination.

Sandstorm was a member of the Titan Triad, a superhero team that specialized in the control, containment and/or extermination of Great Beasts, though they also had experience with crime syndicates and supervillains.

Istravians, sensitive as they are to the Astral Realm, always had trouble achieving an Astral Drift Contract, and Sandstorm is the only known Istravian to have been able to do so to this day.

Sandstorm's Astral Drift is "Desert God". Sandstorm can form sand from both her body and from earth environments, allowing her to do anything from shapeshifting to ripping the ground apart. The nature of her sand body also makes her practically impervious to physical attacks. Combined with flight, Sandstorm's high efficacy in both offense and defense made her one of the world's highest ranking registered superheroes of her time, with a potency level of 8.8 out of 10.

Sandstorm's massive terrain control capabilities allowed her to assist in the wrangling of Great Beasts threatening cities, with a wide range of strategies such as walls to redirect a Great Beast's movement or sandpits to temporarily trap them for a strike from Mindslayer or Gigara. As the only superhero of the three with the ability to fly, Sandstorm proved invaluable for pre-engagement scouting, and when out in the wild proved almost as effective as Gigara when confronting Great Beasts directly.

Gigara was a member of the Titan Triad, a superhero team that specialized in the control, containment and/or extermination of Great Beasts, though they also had experience with crime syndicates and supervillains.

Much of Gigara's history including race are classified by order of the Earth Nations Union. What is known is that Gigara is actually two entities, the superhero and a Great Beast (the one who is actually named Gigara) sharing one body at a time. They are the only superhero that has been able to achieve this without dying or massive detrimental effects.

Gigara's Astral Drift is "Dauntless Cell", a specialized ability that grants them near immortality, as their body is able to withstand extreme temperatures and trauma that would kill other superheroes, or rip their bodies apart. It is solely because of this ability that Gigara's host is able to contain the essence of the Great Beast. Greater than that, the union allows the host to tap into Gigara's power in small doses, granting giant's strength and durability, allowing for super-leaps and putting the superhero on the upper echelons of super-strength-based warriors on Earth. If the superhero takes enough damage or absorbs enough heat, the Great Beast within takes over, scaled flesh flash-growing and enveloping the host to Gigara's original giant form to continue (read: finish) the fight.

On a good day, Gigara is not exerting much effort, handling most threats with ease thanks to the Great Beast's power and able to roll with many a punch executing Mindslayer's plans and assisting Sandstorm. But there are times when Mindslayer's plan is not enough, or when there is no option left but the nuclear one. In such a case, Gigara is handed a bomb, scales its output, and lets loose a blast with enough heat to trigger transformation into the Great Beast form. With this much destructive power now unleashed, most other Great Beasts are made short work of, but the potential collateral damage that would come with it makes this either a last resort option or only viable in the wilds, away from civilizations and innocent lives. It is because of this danger that some cities do not allow Gigara's host entry, just in case.

The Astral Awakening did not just affect Earth. It didn't take long for astronomers to discover an impossible event occurring 240 million miles away: the spontaneous natural terraforming of Mars. Beneath a new atmosphere, oxygen and water coated the planet. With a quarter of the world ruined by sky high sea levels and Great Beasts, the elite that remained fled to the stars as soon as they could. These oligarchs, executives and titans of tech and industry had hoped to escape the new woes of Earth and return to the old ways on the new red planet. But as new colonies started spreading across the surface of Mars, news of some encampments suddenly being wiped out brought a new horrific realization: This dead planet made new had a Great Beast of its own. Four colonies, thousands of lives and billions of dollars were lost before the settlers learned the monster's patterns and behavior well enough to know where to build and where to stay away at all costs, forced to adapt to the same conservational methods that Earth inhabitants had in order to coexist with the Great Beasts. For the people of Mars, there was no escaping the troubles of Earth after all.

Carcarrion is an amphibious monster capable of both aquatic and subterranean movement. Scientists have yet to learn how the beast is able to travel through earth so quickly. Carcarrion eats *anything*, organic and inorganic, a hard lesson the Mars colonizers learned after multiple bombs fed to it and detonated within its belly failed to stop it. However, scientists still don't know what its general diet consists of. It is speculated that unlocking many of the creature's secrets would require traveling through its tunnels to wherever it rested deep within the planet's crust, or in the deep trenches of Mars' new oceans.
