now if you were to video tape them and then go back home and edit in some awesome music and different shots of your favorite cheerleader than i think that might be wrong but ohh well

 

I'm afraid that I have to chime in with an unpopular view based on the Bible:

So, yes, it's wrong. Mind you, it's not wrong to think that someone's attractive (thank goodness! ), but a little mental self-control is required. So, according to the Bible, "oogling" (outside of marriage) is wrong.

It's not wrong to oogle cheerleaders...I got that a lot when I was a cheerleader. I think guys just dig the flexability...and the uniforms too.

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but exactly what is the difference between thinking someone is attractive and oogling? I mean, where exactly is the line between simple attraction and lust? Is it imagining yourself kissing that person? Imagining him/her with his/her clothes off? Sometime before that?

My high school had a Kickline team. They were infinitely hotter and more enjoyable than the cheerleaders.

well, my school had the baton twirlers, most school probably have them but they were cheerleader rejects *shudders*

 

I quit because 1.)I didn't make the team in HS...mostly because I can't tumble and 2.) the politics,yeah, that was a factor. It was fun while it lasted though. I can still do jumps and such, so I didn't lose my flexability.

yeah, i had a friend who quit after freshman year, to her it was politics as well, good for her at least, most of the girls of course were snobs and she was nothing like that

And thank the Lord that they had both cheerleading and girls' basketball camps at the same time at my college. Working camps was always the best two weeks of the summer.
