Is Natalie Portman A Good Person?.

I walked into our grille last year and one of the TV's had some video channel on. Some hot blonde was singing, all I did was glance up in passing and said man she's hot. I was immediately informed by one of the girls who was working that it was 17 year old Taylor Swift.

The next words out of my mouth?
"Well that's gross, but at least I didn't know."
Everyone at the counter roared.

 

I didn't feel icky about being attracted to Natalie because I was only 11 when The Professional hit theaters. She is 12 months older than me so I'm perfectly fine with having dirty thoughts about her.

 

I recently watched "Great Balls of Fire" with Dennis Quaid starring as Jerry Lee Lewis. He married his 3rd wife Myra when he was almost 23 and she just 13, causing a huge scandal in Europe, where he was on tour, and then back in the States when he returned. It derailed his promising career for many years. To top it all off, Myra was his 1st cousin, once removed. Their marriage lasted 25 years, so one assumes they got along fairly well until Jerry Lee started cheatin', drugin' and a boozin' to the intolerable extreme. And Myra -- married 25 years and divorced at the tender age of 38!

There are many places in this world where arrangements such as Jerry Lee's are culturally accepted -- just not in the western society. The irony of the western taboo is that Americans hold full blown beauty pagents for 7 year old girls that are advertised as 'talent shows.' Parents dress these babies up like they are 10-15 years older.

Guys knowingly prey on little kids deserve to be skinned one square inch at a time with salt thrown on their open wounds, then lowered into boiling water on inch at a time -- feet first -- until 'done.' How's THAT for icky!

 

I agree with that. If history has taught us one thing, it's that a grown man, if free from retribution or shame, will always choose to plant his seed in 15 year old soil, rather than 35 year old soil, if you get my meaning. I'm not saying it's right or wrong, but acting like the programming isn't there is foolish.

Well she's an animal rights activist and supports anti poverty. And her roles tend to be anti authority, or anti bad authority. Leon, Cold Mountain, Star Wars and V for Vendetta all portray it as something that is wrong and should be fought against. This could or could not be based on Portman's political views, she supported John Kerry and Star Wars and V especially were anti Bush (you can argue RotS but not V, I mean come on there were far too many cues), but yeah I'd say she's a good person.

 

lol. Are you sure you don't mean Taylor Hanson? Cause that happened on Family Guy. Taylor Swift is in fact a girl.

 

I covered that part with "man she's hot."
Then I barfed in my mouth when I heard she was underage.

Whenever she does come of age, her hawtness will be restored.



EDIT: The only cartoon I watch is the Clone Wars.

I don't know whether she's a good person (and I think the only reason I linked to this thread is because I had some vague hunch there was a YouTube video of her pushing a handicapped person down a flight of stairs or something horrible like that), but I do know this:
