Season 10 begins this Wednesday, September 4 on the new FXX channel. Don't forget reprogram your DVR.

FX, a basic cable station which, like all basic cable stations, does not have anywhere close to enough original programming to fill 4 or 5 nights a week. So what do they do? Split into THREE networks... to make more room for reruns, I guess? I still don't get it, and I hope the confusion doesn't doom the comedy series they moved to the FXX channel.

It's crap. They should have left it on FX. This is just a way to charge cable companies more money, who will then in turn charge us more money

    Just found this article.

Thank God I stumbled onto this thread. My wife and I would have been PEEVED had we missed the season premier of the League!

My DVR adjusted & found it on the new channel...assuming your cable provider carries it, I would suspect most DVRs will do the same.

Now if they would just make season 9 available on Netflix or On Demand...there's a few I missed.

FXX wasn't loaded as a channel when I made this thread. +1 on it finding it and making adjustments FTW

Season 11 just finished on March 9th. What did everyone think?

    My thoughts (light spoilers):

    (1) "Chardee MacDennis 2: Electric Boogaloo"
Spiritual successor of Season 7 Episode 7: "Chardee MacDennis: The Game of Games" . Watch this one first if you haven't already to appreciate this season's episode

    (2) "Frank Falls Out the Window"
Spiritual successor of Season 2 Episode 3 "Dennis and Dee Go on Welfare" so again, you might want to familiarize yourself with this episode before watching the newer one.

    (3) "The Gang Hits the Slopes"
Homage to "Better Off Dead", at least the skiing part of it. Very 80s styled episode with very little laughs unfortunately.

    (4) "Dee Made a Smut Film"
Homage to "21 Jump Street" with a huge emphasis on the guest star Richard Grieco whose performance, as well as Charlie's impression of him, falls flat of any laughs.

    (5) "Mac & Dennis Move to the Suburbs"
Very dark comedic episode featuring Mac & Dennis primarily. Very memorable episode with good twists and turns in the plot

    (6) "Being Frank"
Unique episode shot from Franks POV. It has some good humor too, but could have afforded some more. It gives you a unique perspective and I think it would be funny re-watching some past episodes with this one in mind

    (7) "McPoyle vs. Ponderosa: The Trial of the Century"
I'm not a huge fan of any episodes that star the McPoyle family and this one lumps right into the rest of them. What is even stranger is that the main McPoyle brothers are talked about but never featured. I think one might be playing a different family member, but not entirely sure.

    (8) "Charlie Catches a Leprechaun"
Classic Sunny episode with a lot of laughs and good fun. Side characters that Dee has played in past episodes return

    (9) "The Gang Goes to Hell" and
    (10) "The Gang Goes to Hell: Part Two"
    - the two part season finale, which aired separate weeks, I found quite enjoyable when I ended up not watching part 1 until I had both parts on my DVR to view them back to back. Crazy antics with the cast being in full form and representing their worst (true) selves which results in some great laughs.

This season was okay. I don't think there was a clear best episode. But I think I enjoyed the Suburbs episode most.

Suburbs episode, Charlie catches a Leprechaun and the Gang hits the slopes are the obvious standouts. Very strong season for a show in its 11th.

I've heard 8 PM, but essentially my understanding is that anything eaten after that time will not be used for energy and simply stored in your body as fat. I think this applies mostly to those people who work 9-5 jobs, come home, eat dinner, and then sit in front of the TV until they go to bed.

"Everyone knows the head cow is always grazing."

S13 E2: The Gang Escapes - much better episode than last week. Laughed a lot

That was a very strange ending for Always Sunny. I kinda liked it.

I'm getting the impression that Rob and Charlie (and Megan Ganz) are finally getting bored with the usual Always Sunny formula and want to try some new things. The characters have been getting moments of growth and genuine humanity over the past few seasons, but this is another level. I wonder if this sort of tonal shift will happen more. How many more seasons are left in the current order?
