It's disgraceful. You're old enough to be her fa- her grandfather!

I was just watching Last Crusade today, and for the first time, this line sunk in.

Indy, if he's old enough to be her grandfather, than means you're old enough to be her father Disgaceful indeed.

I would suppose of the disgrace the father had more of it, seeing that he was so much older than she.

Going by actor ages:

Alison Doody (Dr. Elsa Schneider) - 23
Sean Connery (Henry Jones) - 59
Harrison Ford (Indiana Jones) - 47

That's an age gap of 36 for Henry and 24 for Indy.

Well going by Indy's age in TLC 39 that's only a 16 year difference. So Indy could have been her father by way of a high school fling.

 

Exactly, actors age's aside, Indy was supposed to be born in 1899 (right?) so he'd be 39 or 40. I don't know how old Henry's supposed to be, but I'm assuming it's more than the 12 actual years between Sean and Harrison

Let me tell you, no woman cares how much age difference there is between she and Indiana Jones or James Bond anyway

Dr.Schneider, being a professor in archeology (or something like that?) would have to be about 30 years, then Indy is supposed to be 39...that's about 9 years between them...

Henry was 66, Indy was about 39.

Common....Indy is just so freaking cool and Sean Connery...I hope i'm a awsome old man like he is.

 

I just find it funny that Sean Connery is only 12 years older than Harrison Ford. I guess Henry Jones Sr was quite, um, frisky, when he was younger.

Elsa was suppose to be in her late 20's/early 30's. I found this out be listening to Alison Doody.(hey, Lois, diarrhea, hehehehe)Anyway, she said that she was suppose to be a 30 something Austrian.
