I haven't played this game (yet) but I can't get enough of this song after hearing it in the trailer.

 

After seeing what Vivec posted, I launched the game just to hear the title theme.


I can let it run forever, there's something purging about it.

I actually kind of love Mafia III's original stuff and it's a shame it was such a pain to track down:

Metal Gear Solid 3 has perhaps the best sneaking/action music in the entire series:
Battle in the Base

Tales From the Borderlands has a sweeping romanticised score in the main menu of the game that is ironically out of place with the characters and the plot of the game to hilarious effect:

The Wolf Among Us has a wonderful 80s-inspired ambient synth track to accompany the pause menu, which fits as the game takes place in that decade.

The stand-alone Prince of Persia game from 2008 had a beautiful and very uplifting score. The Epilogue DLC, by contrast, though no less beautiful has more of a somber sound of despair and dread to fit its plot. It makes up for this, however, with a more fast-paced and exciting soundtrack during moments of action.
