Bothans look like humanoid lions really. That's pretty much how they're described.

 

Mayve the females looki like that, and it is just the men who look like goat lions...

Otherwise we have Otterboy and Lionboy...

 

Maybe Bothans are the Klingons of Star Wars... and a yet unknown accident changed their appearance


ps: It would still be disturbing if the females look like bearded human males only... more disturbing than furry female lions I think

I tend to think of female Bothans looking more like that, so it lets Gavin off the the hook to a degree.

As for Corran Horns ex-girlfriend the best I can come up with is this minus the ears.

you have to remember Corran has the rare ability to create powerful Force illusions... and sometimes a selfillusion might hit him before he had Force training. well.. Dellusions^^ thus he thought he saw a hottie but it was just "it"

 

Yeah, the idea of doing the horizontal tango with either of those is still really kriffing creepy.

Interspecies is my favorite kind of StarWars. Even in FOTJ Nrin Vakil the Quarren has a Twi'lek wife, and Nawara Ven has a human wife.
