SHe is a sister of Silence from Warhammer 40k also known as Null Maidens They are a group of anti pysker, anti-Daemon female warriors. They have a gene means that are psychic blanks known as the Pariah Gene(men can go have it too but a small percentage of women give off a much more powerful aura), they push away the Warp and repluse any Pysker(Warhammer term for beings with psychic powers) just with their pressence making it easier to fight Daemons or alien pyskers.along with the Adeptus Custodes(Personal guard of the Emperor) they form the Talons of the Emperor. Think it aof a group of woman who have the physical size and musculature of Gina Carrano or Rounda Rousey, now give the ysmalrsi (the things that pushed away the force from the thrawn novels) type powers, arm them with flamethrowers and two handed swords and train them to a extremely high level of combat ability. They cause normal humans in the setting to feel uncomfortable and make anyone with physic powers physically ill. They also ground Demonic entities(which are being created from Warpstuff) into reality making them easier to kill. At the end of training they take a vow of Silence but communicate through a type of sign language called thought mark. They existed over a decade before aurra sing was created.
