FOR NS streets : get rid of the R5 unit (I know you like pushing him over the edge) put your saber out(for game cube you cant with any button I know of , so I diped it in that pool of water)on my game the place where I could jump from was just 2 the left of the plate. I thought that it might just be a glitch, but now that I think about it it might be the R5's "ghost" (if there can be such a thing) and that would mean that you have to jump on the R5.wish I could help more but that all I can say. Whats the way you beat it if it's not this way?

 

When I jump on the R5, it emits an indignant squeak and pushes me off. But it doesn't push me up.

When I jump up from in front of that access plate, if I hold the jump button, I suspend in midair until the Force meter drains.

I can't find this phantom R5 spot you suggested. I'm still puzzled how you get in that damn grate!

 

Could It be a Game Cube only mistake?

 

Possibly. I can't imagine it's a game glitch, as everything else is so smooth and perfect.

The question, of course, is where you enter: is it via the wall sliding duct, or that R5 grate. Incidentally, my Outcast is PC, not GameCube.

 

Thats what I thought. What I did was just run and jump like 6 time and you catch on some thing it seems closest to the brown ridge but I just can't tell because of the angle.

i'm stuck at the end of the first level, and i don't know where to go.

all help will be greatly appreciated.

 

Have you inputed all three colours into the central console correectly, as seen in your menu screen? Then just go down the fourth walkway, where the red force barrier previously was.

 

Okay, this is my first time playing multi-player, and I'm a little confused.

When I click on a server to join, it says something like "joining server" and then has a progressive count, but it won't change from that screen. I waited till it got to 128 till i exited. Is this supposed to happen?

 

hello all,

I am on the part called Artus Mine B. I'm at the part where the mine cars enter that room on one side, get radiated or whatever, then exit through the other side...
I read that you are supposed to go to the catwalk where the huge pipe extends and retracts periodically, crawl through it when it retracts and blow up the machine that generates the 'radiation'.....
however, the generator has the impenitrable shield around it. I am assuming that i need to deactivate the shield somehow in order to blast the machine, right? I cant find the controls anywhere. Or if it doesnt need to be deactivated, how do i destroy it?
This is probably something very obvious, but i have been stuck here for freaking ever! I would be most greatfull for any help!

Seriously, there are components along the walls in that room that you need to blast before you can take out the generator I'm PRETTY sure that's what I did. It takes a few goes, though. Time it so that you blast as many as you can, then fall back along the pipe once the alarm starts going off (so you avoid the radiation) and then go back and shoot the rest of them and then nail the generator.

I was really getting frustrated. I'll try it when i get home tonight. I'm sure theres much more frustrating things later on in the game. Hopefully my head wont explode!

 

Ironically I am also at Artus Mine B and have been stuck here for about a week, I'm stuck right where the other guy was having problems, AFTER you destroy the generator what are you supposed to to do? That red door on the main floor is locked and I have been running around aimlessly for over a week. I also have the XBOX version in case anyone needs to know, PLEASE HELP!!!!

As I recall, you want to look at the spot where the generator was. I believe there's a lift that appears there that will pop you straight up to the "docking" room above. At that point, ride the load lifter out of the room and keep your eyes peeled for a cave to jump into... the load lifter will pass it on its way through the cavern.

 

I know about the lift up to the room but how do I get on the mine car?

 

Ah... climb/jump up on the rails near the center of the room and hop down onto the mine car when it "docks".

 

Sorry if you've covered this but I didn't feel like searching 22 pages...

I'm stuck on the Bespin undercity. I'm in that room that has a giant vent on all 4 walls. I sliced away the grates and got sucked through the vents. Then I get to a room where there is nothing around but death...walk to the left, fall down and die...walk to the right, fall down and die, etc. Totally stumped...anyone?

 

That was an extremely mind-challenging stage indeed! Here's the answer . . .

That chamber where the hovering mine cart gets radiated will kill you if you stay inside. What you do is go through another door nearby, where you are in the outside valley again where the green river is below.

Standing near the edge, looking down will see a telescoping pipe periodically extend out, venting steam. When it extends out, jump down and land on it. Face the wall and hop down to the ledge safely. Wait!

Let the pipe extend out again, then get ready to move! Crawl into the interior duct and arm a thermal detonator. Move quickly or you'll be steamed next cycle. Hurl the detonator at the glowing column once inside. That will stop the radiating death it'll give you.

Hop on the liftplate and let it carry you up. Climb up one of the black support struts and hop on the next cart. Now you're moving outside. When the cart first turns to the right, quickly leap onto the ledge. It's a green-crystal scary mine shaft fille with scary little aliens.

damn this game. I love it, but damn it!!
okay... I am at the Nar shaddaa hideout searching for reelo baruk. I am at the part where you are standing in front of a locked door and the little droid-eye-ball-on-a-stick (ala ROTJ) sticks out and says "whats the password? Wrong!" Then the trap door opens up and tries to fry you for not knowing the password.
I have seemingly killed everyone and i cant find any secret entrances or force sensitive areas anywhere! Where the hell is reelo? Please help me if possible. I will be greatfull for anything, ............ANYTHING!! i have run all the way back to the beginning searching for stuff. Very frustrating. Fun level dropping. please help.

 

I'm now stuck at the Cairn Reactor, I'm at the part where I'm supposed to use Force speed, run down the 2 shafts with the laser and turn off the switch. I do as exactly as the guide says and I die everytime, it is impossible, someone help!!! The Force doesn't seem to be with me here.

 

You need to go back to the tunnel before and keep running till you reach the end. There is another tunnel that allows you to shut off the switch from the other side.

 

so.......nobody can help me?

again, all night last night , i run aimlessly for hours thru the nar shaddaa hideout with nowhere to go. I am stuck at the part where you need a password or the trap door opens up beneath you and tries to electrocute you. I think I read somewhere that you need to find lando.(?) Where is he? How do i get the password?
again, any help would be awesome. pleeeeease, man.
