No more than Holdi's weird hairdo. Or Rey's tri-buns in TFA. Women tend to have freaky hair in Star Wars in order to stand out.
If I were Finn I’d be seriously worried about bumping into someone I knew and getting recognized. Finn was a part of the Orded for almost 20 years, after all.
A very small number of people who know it was Finn who defected survived the Resistance's attack. Most were either killed on Takadona or on SKB. It's also possible that the FO isn't advertising there was a defection across the galaxy yet since Kylo probably believes he killed Finn.
I think it helps that Finn is infiltrating the Supremacy. I bet he was only assigned to the Finalizer before. Yes, he worked on SKB a bit too, but all those people are dead because they were too scared of authority to evacuate! (Oh and thanks to the Phasma novel, we know that Cardinal - the guy who likely is closest to someone who raised younger Finn - is not in the FO anymore to spot him.) I'm really curious who is the ranking officer on the Supremacy when/if Hux isn't there. It seemed the Finalizer was Hux's ship.
Yeah it looks like a standard repair tool that's been modified into a taser, both Baze and Rose figurines comes with it.
Still think that Rose's sister is killed which propels Rose into wanting to do more than stick around as a mechanic.
She already hates the First Order, they destroyed her home world, but thinks her role is doing what she does. She is thrown (somehow) into the mission with Finn and if Paige dies (which seems likely) then it probably happens whilst Rose is at Canto Bight.
when does rose look to be seething? i'm actually slightly skeptical that paige will die because i'm not sure what that adds to rose's story
As I have said before, when viewing her limited work online, her best performance (IMHO) was when she played it straight and angry. I really don't think she's there as part of a comedy double act with Finn, they both have issues with the First Order and I think that will make for a interesting partnership. I don't expect her to be holding back.
Probably because she has a troubled past intertwined with the history of the Resistance war effort, feels like she isn't meant to be a hero and is a highly logical tactician who is clashing with Finn's "come on!" attitude:
