Hello people. I need help when you are Mira and u have just defeated HannHarr and your in the VIsquis place After leveling up, giving her my best weapons, best stuff, etc. I cant beat all the Ubese. I tried and i cant even get past the first 5 or so. Then i tried random running around going thru doors as fast as i can and i get to the venhilation control and do all that stuff. How do u get the main character thru? i die really fast just running around against 50 Ubese and only 7 medpacs!

I remember this part as especially infuriating since I was saving levels for Mira so she was REALLY weak. however, there is a very simple tactic. Run and shoot.

Mira is faster than your enemies, so lead an ubese down into the arena, run around with a blaster rifle, occasionally turn for a single shot, then run again. Also, sometimes the ubese AI is so stupid that they won't run around corners if you do, and you can slowly edge out into the open and shoot at them freely.

And to free the Exile, you don't go to the Ventilation control. You head up the path leading out of the Arena, go up to the three doors and take the middle one (the one right in front of you). Then take the left door of the room. in the new room, go up to the door on the left again, and select the control panel at the side. I think these are the correct directions. Anyway, the computer panel will say "open emergency escape tunnel" or something like that. Simply select the option and you'll get control of the Exile again.

Sorry to ask another question, but I've spent about an hour running around...

I'm having this same problem, which nobody answered since he solved it on his own:

"Could someone tell me where Master Vrook is on Dantooine?

I've cleared the sublevel and released the salvager, but the only other person I've run into was the Historian."

What do I do next? Journal says nothing..

Once you've seen the dead mercs with the lightsaber cuts lying behind the historian, head back to the crystal caves and Master Vrook will be there (with some other people).

Statement: It may be just me but I swear, about half way through KotOR2's trailer, they show a jedi with 2 lightsabres killing 3 people in the same move on Onderon. (one lightsabre is yellow, its right after a character flourishes 1 blue lightsabre on Dxun)

    Question:
    1. Are my eyes decieving me?
    2. Was this always possible and I just never noticed?
    3. Is this the juyo lightsabre form?
    4. How do I get the juyo lightsabre form?

Juyo? Who knows. The lightsaber forms have no different visual effects, they simply change modifiers and stuff. I think you either learn Juyo naturally through levelling, or Kavar teaches it to you.

I just checked the trailer myself, and it looks as if one Sith is already dead (the one falling to the left of the PC), and the PC first strikes the Sith in front of him, killing him, and moves straight on to the next Sith, but it's done fast so it does look as if he's killed three Sith in one move. But he hasn't- that's not possible with the combat system.

I can see how you would see that but back in like november, they edited an earlier version of the trailer.

It showed more of the scene. If I can find it I'll post a link.

Has anyone gotten the juyo form? Or know how to get it?

To gain influence with Mandalore just keep him with you at all times on Onderon and always speak in favour of General Vaklu. And kill Tobin on the Ravager as well. But it doesn't matter because influence with Mandalore doesn't do anything. It doesn't open up conversation at all. You can't find out about his past. I think it must have been cut.

Thanks. Now I'm on Nar Shadaa (sp?) at the point where I'm the driod and I need to get past the door with the code. My journal says I can bash it, but I get no bash option on the console or door. How do I?

Or what is the code? The one posted on page 5 didn't work.

this may be a spoiler for some who have just started...but not a big one...

dude...the code is kinda hard to figure out....luckily...i got the strategy guide (don't even say anything about the mandalore thing...it doesn't explain anything about conversation)...all you need to do is punch in center dial counterclockwise, right clockwise, and finally, left counterclockwise...that it...after you get through the dialogue with the annoying droid...get ready for a fight against 3 HK-50's...good luck and sorry if i spoiled anything for anyone...

I know the thing about Mira was already answered but what I do for Mira (Or Hanharr)I don't level them up until after I beat Mira or Hanharr (Depending on who you get in your party.) unless I'm about to die fighting them then I level them up once so I can save on medpacks...But when I level them up I build them for stealth then just fight the two outside the door and sneak to the thing to let my OC out then I just kill every one with my OC...I find it more fun that way since I won't have to use up all my medpacks to keep Mira alive, and I get to use the force and a lightsaber to kill all the Ubese.

I hope that KOTOR3 features Whirlwind Attack...then we could kill five enemies at once!

For those of you having problems with Vrook, I recommend using the planters in the foyer to your advantage. You can run away from Vrook and behind one on the far side and he won't follow (game's stupid like that). This will give you time to breathe and think. And when you think...think mines. If you have but 1 point in Demolition you can plant most of the mines you have (except strong and deadly). I fought him for an hour and a half once and could barely make a dent as he kept healing himself. So I finally got fed up and planted like 15 mines in one place and led him to them. .. there wasn't enough of him left to identify :D

Hi again, thanks to some tips about Mira I have beaten the game. I know this is extremely dishonorable but...i beat the game on the light side and want to beat it on darkside but i am too lazy. So i figured id use cheats to beat the game much quicker. If any of u use the cheats u know u have to edit a game file. I push the ~ button in game and then i push tab and nothing happens. I am ashamed of myself but any suggestions?

Unlike in KOTOR you won't see what you write, but it still works in the same way. If you have activated the cheats in the file, just write the codes you want to use, it should work.

I can't tell you for sure, because I didn't have the time to try it yet, but I think that should be right ;)

you are correct Oissan.(my friend I got into the game has done it and showed me the kill blaster, playing cards, drink, and instrument- highly recommended items for cheaters)

this is for cheaters who don't have enough lightsabers in their possession...

some of you may know it...and some may need it. you can only do this code after you get Visas on your party list...

equip her w/ a lightsaber and go to the workbench on the Ebon Hawk. change the color by selecting a different colored crystal. now, assemble. now, back on the main screen for upgrading the weapon, go the to the same colored crystal you use, but don't equip it....just hit assemble...you should now have two of teh same lightsabers...

save it and restart your game...you can do this as many times as you want...:)

This is just a random question that bothered me when I played KOTOR 2...

I didn't get Bastila's lightsaber after I defeated the ghost Revan. Can anyone tell me why?

I'm thinking I didn't choose some dialogue option or ruther...

Never heard of Bastila's lightsabre being in the game. Would be kind of funny because she is still alive.

All you get in the grave are the remains of Ludo Kressh (sword and armband) and some other stuff from the two alcoves.

On Korriban, in the Sith Academy, I've come to the room where the Sith Holocron featuring Bastilla's hologram is. I blasted the door open with those charges you find in the base, but it says the holocron won't play and that it had been damaged by the the explosion.

I played the game once before and managed to get the holocron to work, but I can't now. Any advice on this?

It only works if you set Revan as darksider in the first conversation with Atton on Peragus.

    Ah, thank you.

I have another question. I've heard of a glitch on Korriban that allows you to continuously level up. Can somebody explain exactly where to go and what to do?

Ah, the infamous Hsisss spawn spot. Here you go:

Go into the Shyrack cave on Korriban and head into the Sith Tomb at the back of the caves (you have to go in alone, and you have to have be fairly powerful to go in). Go through the tomb as normal and eventually you will come to a part like the first room of the tomb, except you'll only have a choice of left or right. Go right and you'll eventually come a body surrounded by four pillars. Select the body once and two Hssiss will spawn. Select it multiple times in quick succession and many Hssiss will spawn.

Now, if you're DS this is very easy. Just summon up about thirty Hssiss and keep using Force storm. Rinse and repeat. You'll gain levels quickly. If you're LS, this is more difficult, since your Force points don't regenerate, and you're less likely to have access to Drain Force (which could push your FPs back up).
