Does anyone know how old Juhani is? In the game she says she was a little girl shen Revan saved her from slavery. I'm assuming that that happened when Revan first began his crusades against the Mandalorians (since it was said that he led a band of Jedi on Taris), which at the most would put that at seven years prior to the beginning of the game. Now since she's calling herself a "little girl" (or something along those lines) one would assume that she was anywhere from six to thirteen. But considering how old she looks I would say more around thirteen. Still, the whole thing struck me as a little odd so I'm asking here, if anyone knows her true age.

Also, the age of the following would be much appreciated as well:
Canderous (I know he's over fourty)
    Carth
    Bastila

    Thanks!

Unless this information has been released in a sourcebook or reference guide somewhere, I believe that the best that we can do is guesstimate and look for conjecture.

Some things to remember: Carth isn't young. He was married, and he has an adult son. He's also old enough to be a flag-rank officer in the Republic navy. Definately closer to 45 than 30.

Bastila: She may still be a "padawan" (a far different term in the KOTOR days than OJO days) but she is being considered for promotion to the rank of master (not knight, full master) She also was old enough to have been aggressively recruited by Malak to go off to the Mandalorian Wars before the conflict started heating up, so she would have had to have been a very able Jedi by that early point. Late 20's at the start of KOTOR is more reasonable than anything in the teens, or even early 20's. Her voice, expression, stance, and look peg her as older, as well.

Canderous: Certainly still able-bodied, but he looks and sounds far older than Carth. He also would have needed to be old enough to be an important commander among the Mandalorian Wars from the very beginning. If 60 is the new 40, then he could likely be reaching into the 70's, if not more.

One of the developers of KOTOR 2 has said that Canderous was 63 in KOTOR 2.

We dont knwo the develepment of the Cathar race. She could look older, but ben chronolgicaly young.

    Personally, I'd geuss about 20-22.
The youngest I would peg Carth would be 38, just considering his son's late teens appearance.
Bastila I would say middle 20s. Her voice is a bit aof a misleading, as she's supposed to be a rather sequestered young womam.
Canderous would be in his mid fifties at least in the first game. He stated he's been fighting for 40 years, IIRC. Even presuming he was a young and exceptionally gifted warrior, he's gotta be up there.
Jolee is of course, the eldest. but I'd peg him for around Canderous age, perhaps in his 60s

    >>Bastila: She may still be a "padawan" (a far different term in the KOTOR days than OJO days) but she is being considered for promotion to the rank of master (not knight, full master)<<

Or she thought she was for a while, then admitted she was just being silly. I think the game sort of implies that she was promoted to Knight before leaving Dantooine with Revan.

    >>She also was old enough to have been aggressively recruited by Malak to go off to the Mandalorian Wars before the conflict started heating up, so she would have had to have been a very able Jedi by that early point.<<

I don't know how aggressive it was. I got the impression that Malak was speaking to a large group of Jedi in general and Bastila just happened to be there.

    >>Late 20's at the start of KOTOR is more reasonable than anything in the teens, or even early 20's. Her voice, expression, stance, and look peg her as older, as well.<<

But throughout the game other Jedi keep talking about how young she is and how remarkable it is for someone to be so powerful at such a young age. As for her voice, expression, stance . . . she's a very gung-ho, by-the-book Jedi Code stickler, trained from a very young age to be the quintessential Jedi. She's very full of herself and acts a lot older than she really is. I always pegged her as early twenties.

Take the manwanking out at least -- that's just a juvenile personal insult, and has no bearing on whatever fact of their behavior you have apparently been so driven to despise.

He was a trained Republic commando during the Mandalorian wars; I'd say early 30s at the youngest.

I don't know. You see, I did Nar Shaddaa 2nd last, and with no influence opportunity on Korriban, there was no chance to hear her precious backstory. Outrageous! I liked her sanppy lines, I really wanted to know her. :_|

Ahh...I did Dantooine last, so I only got to have a couple of conversations with the Disciple before skipping off to Malachor. I reloaded a game yesterday, and found that I was finally able to make him a Jedi on the return to Citadel Station for the battle- but then I could only take Mandalore and Visas with me.

I couldn't get Atton to tell me his backstory either- although I thought I had a relatively high influence wtih him and dragged him into almost every conflict.

Did you find that the second game was way shorter than the first? Or maybe I just had more time on my hands and had gotten more familiar with the game format...

Short? Cut material robs you nearly a third of the game less. By the time you Jedi your companions, you're at the end of the game, their powers are feeble, and you're killing entire groups before they kill one foe anyway. Enemies didn't grow stronger as you did. For a dozen other reasons, I don't call Sith Lords short, I call it a criminal violation of the Aust Trade Practices Act. The entire game is littered with system and game play glitches, all unresolved over a year later.

They literally sold an unfinished product. That's illegal. I won't let them get away with it. They're only hoping time will soften consumer anger.
