I'm currently dark side female, and Juhani certainly didn't get the hots for me. Her reaction, when I saw that option, cracked a broad grin though . . .

I'm done getting all the pieces of the starmap and I went back to Tatooine. I get a message from Mission's brother, Griff, that his Tarisian-ale scheme went belly up and he took off to avoid The Exchange.

Through some of the walk-throughs I've read, it seems as if I'm supposed to rescue him or something, but my journal entry on him appears to be closed. Is there any more to the story?

Any ideas for the fight with Bandon? I'm a blazing beacon of holy lightness, but it sure isn't helping

The same with any Dark Jedi, Sith Lord or Dark Jedi Master: you do all you can to freeze them, or at least soem of them; and you concentrate all 3 players on one opponent at a time.

I've seem to run across a problem where not everyone gets skill points anymore, only the people in the immeadiate party. This started on my third time through the game when I went through Taris without leveling up the main character, only the other characters. Any ideas?

The Sarna thing should work for you. If she doesn't buy your persuade, try the conversation option of "I'm an offworlder" and she'll get friendly enough to invite you to party.

I never did crack her the first time I played, and another option actually presented itself. I was in an apartment complex somewhere and some Sith were questioning some aliens about hiding something. After helping the aliens, they offered for me to take the uniforms off of some dead Sith.

You can, but just don't go to the Star Forge constellation or you won't go back.

Nope that's the end of the story. You can talk to mission a few more times to get her to thank you for trying and stuff but that's about it.

Sorry if this is a bit redundant, but is it possible to get the Revan/Bastila romance if you're a full darksider? :p

Yes. I was darkside and was able to trigger the romance option.

    WHAT?!?!?

You mean all that time Bastila was being a snotty jerk, I could have been a jerk back to her and STILL get her to fall in love with me!?

With a rip. I tolerated all of her snobbishness and responded with a big warm Barney smile while inside I knew she deserved a big ol' B-slap.

Okay, either I'm retarded or I have the weirdest glitch. I'm playing KOTOR for the first time and I'm on the Ebon Hawk for the first time right after escape from Tiris. There's only me and two other people (the ones that were in my party) on the ship. I can't go out the exit ramp, I don't get why. Please help!

I have several KOTOR questions, I would appreciate any help.

    1. Before the Leviathan, I somehow managed to complete the Bastila quest without any word from her mother or a messenger to inittiate the mom/father quest. What did I do wrong. I can't get the quest. I have still one star map before I go on the Leviathan.

    2. Can Hk-47 can be repaired by a character besides the main one, like mission or zaalbar

    3. Can Juhani's Xor sidequest be completed after the leviathan, cause he wont appear again after I talked to him on korriban and tried to turn juhani to the dark side by fueling her rage.

    4. I got "jagi's challenge" and when i beat him "jagi's challenge" and "canderous" stay as active quests.

5 Whats the difference between a damage and attack bonues for a weapon.

    Thanks

#2 - Nope. If you switch to another character and engage in a conversation, it immediately reverts to your character and begins the conversation. Your character has to be the one to do the repair. My advice: make certain the attribute the governs your repair skill, Intelligence I believe, has a positive modifier, equip yourself with at least one item that'll give you a bonus to your repair skill, like Calrissian's belt, then get your base repair skill high enough to the total is 17. The best way to do that is to start with a scoundrel then switch to a consular. I know the soldier/guardian won't cut it because I did the game twice with that combo. As for scout/sentinel, I don't know.

#4 - I had that problem too the last time I played the game.

My advice about levelling up, if you want to beat Bendak Starkiller, level up to level 5, then stay there until you get to Dantooine. I was able to beat Bendak as a level 5 soldier and scoundrel, though I used plasma grenades on him. When you become a Jedi, begin making up for lost level-ups.

I surpassed Starkiller witout any levelling up on Taris at all. By the Sith skin of my teeth, of course. But it allows you far more Force powers in the long run . . .

1.) Sometimes the sidequests can be tricky. For my first 3 games, I spent hours upon hours trying to initiate the Canderous sidequest. All 3 times, I got Canderous to talk about his battles with Revan, and all 3 times I flew from trigger point to trigger point for ridiculous amounts of time trying to get it to work. It never did.

I'm in the middle of my fourth game, and I just got it as easy as I got the others. I don't know why this is. All I can say is, after you get Bastila to talk about her relationship with her mom, just fly to all the docking ports, exit with Bastila in your party, and pray. :p

3.) Juhani's quest should be able to be completed post-Leviathan. Just go to another trigger point other than Korriban with Juhani in your party. He should show up eventually.

4.) I had this problem too... sort of... the Jagi's Challenge quest did close, but the Canderous one never completed. The last conversation that I could initiate with him ended with him saying that He was looking back on his life and was tired of battle. Or something along those lines.

5.) A damage bonus makes your weapon's attack more... well... damaging. :p The attack bonus increases your probability that any given attack will hit the enemy. It's good to have a weapon with a good attack bonus when using feats like flurry or critical strike.

On the path leading up to the Temple, there's a piece of wreckage that has some ship parts. You only need one set to fix the ship. You just can't take off until you complete the temple quests.

    Yup, that's where it is.

Odd though... I never had to get all three parts before. Do you have the PC version?

Thanks to the memorial day weekend - I got a chance to spend a lot of time on my Xbox with KOTOR. Just so I don't spoil anything for anyone, I'll leave out all the love scenes with Bastilla. [face_love]

However, Malak is the biggest chicken *&^% I've ever seen - every time I catch up to him, he runs away. Now, I've got him in the room on the Star Forge with the captive Jedi "pod people" - any ideas? I can get over on Malak but can't seem to keep my health up long enough to finally whip his sorry, no-chin butt!

cleveland, you need to make sure that after your confrontation with Bastila on the top of the temple, that you go to the computer panel where her ship was "parked" and turn off the disruptor field around the planet. Otherwise, you won't be able to take off at all. Once you have the ship parts, just go into the room on your ship where your hyperdrive is - directly down the hall from where Zalbaar is - and fix it.
