    On sale Sept 23

    Ongoing

    On Tatooine, Cade Skywalker has promised to think about what he?s becoming, and the choices he?s made?but he didn?t say when. And before he?ll have time to think, Cade has to get himself and his crew out of reach of the Empire and Black Sun!

    It?s not true that you can?t go home. You can, but getting away again is the hard part!

    ~~~~~
    From Ferg: What a GORGEOUS Dan Scott cover. I'm sure this'll be a fantastic last Legacy issue for me to read before heading to Korea for a year.
    Don't like the cover much, but it'll be interesting to see Morrigan again.
    I thought that Cade's homeworld was Ossus? Did he ever go to Tatooine before this Black Sun piracy business?
    Those things on Morrigan's face must be some kind of face concealer. They are so prominent on the cover, the only drawback from a beautiful cover, actually.
    Aren't they supposed to be some kind of communications devices? Didn't she have something similar to them early in Legacy? I *do* like the cover though. Mother and son facing off. It's about time they met face to face. Can't wait to hear what Mother and son have to say to one another.
    Yeah, she's always had them as Morrigan, and they were said to be communication devices... but they are so prominent on the cover, and since we have learned of her dual identiy since being told they were for communication, I think they may be more.
    Come on, we all knew when they first met they'd pull weapons on each other.
    DUDE!!! I'm so excited! =D= I've been waiting for this ever since issue #19. [face_mischief] :D
    Jan has confirmed that they are communication devices, but they're usually white and only on her left cheek and chin.
    Well, well, well, if it isn't Mom herself. I guess it didn't take long after all.
    So does that mean that now Cade will be even more nuh-uh and upset and angry for another 40 issues?
    I half wonder if those things have some kind of secondary purpose of being Force-dampeners or something... which would make sense when she's trying to conceal her identity from Jedi and running around dealing with Sith.
    I like how she seems to be wearing near-Jedi robes though... [face_thinking]
    You don't think that Cade's mom could talk some sense into him?
    She's no Jedi.:p
    Actually, I'd say she's dressed more like a hobbit than anything.
    Maybe they're where they don't show -- even wearing assless chaps.
    ;) I'm not sure, but maybe aesium meant because Cade doesn't look like he's been humbled?
    Not that covers guarantee that kind of scene guarantees will be in the actual issue...but if something of the sort does happen I wonder if it will be due to Cade slipping towards darkness. Mommy Dearest apparently feels genuine caring for her Boy but she did tell Syn that if Cade had actually turned Sith that she would kill him.
    Maybe Tatooine finally pushes him totally over the edge.
    This has been a long time in coming. Corde/Calite and Cade. Note it doesn't look like she's actually fired yet and Cade isn't in an attack stance. Hope?:p
    It might be nice if the one who forced Cade to face his transgressions was his mother. Course she has so many of here own. If they get passed the blaster sequence I would think they'd get along quite well.
    But in the picture we see only a part of the space they are in. It might well be that Morrigan/Calixte is pointing the blaster at someone who is standing behind her dear little boy...
    And covers aren't always what they seem, remember the cover and caption to the last issue of VECTOR?...
    (Wouldn't it be a twist if Morrigan kills Cade...)
    If either them is going to kill the other one, I put my money on Cade killing Morrigan - to protect someone else, or he might just flip utterly if he learns that she is partly responsible for Kol's death. Not that I believe that this arc is going to end like that; but eventually, when Morrigan's secrets have been shown, it might come to that. Especially if she is going to be revealed to be the equivalent of Palpatine on this age, Force sensitive or not.
