I don't remember leia's breast slipping i do remember the twi'lek dancers breast slipping right before she fell down jabba's trap. It happend as soon as she pulled the chain.

 

It's not just a nipple slip with Leia, I just watched it, and with a wonderfull thing called "zoom" I found out that the whole bikini breaks in half. There both out when she lands.

 

Actually, the dancer's breast was not exposed. That was just the cloth underneath was flesh color.
