Saga Logos of the Star Wars saga

You guys, relax. They were only making the kind of logo that the ST deserves.

 

Best to Worst
OT. The Empire Strikes Back is just so classic.
PT. They are actually the best in terms of continuity and elegant, but making EPISODE __ the largest font stresses the wrong thing.
Anthology. Very elegant and stress on the right part
ST. Never really had a problem with them until this thread lining them up against each other. It is like they aren't even trying.

 

I love how the original trilogy had its own unique branding for each film. In fact, I love when they carried that over to all the films for the vintage collection:

Would have loved to see that utilized in more areas.

 

That Attack of the Clones logo was used in a few places. StarWars.com put out a series of wallpapers that featured the logo.



There was also a patch used for hats and jackets although I'm not sure if this was only for the crew or released commercially.



The Phantom Menace and Revenge of the Sith also had alternative logos that were used on various bits of merchandising and media. The Phantom Menace logos were arranged in various ways with the emphasis fluctuating between "Star Wars", "Episode I", and "The Phantom Menace."





Later this variation of The Phantom Menace logo was used on the Hasbro action figures.



This Revenge of the Sith Logo harkens back to the one used in Return of the Jedi.
