ST Luke's Jedi Temple Planet

    Any ideas on what planet Luke's Jedi Academy is supposed to be on? It looks to me in The Last Jedi like it could be Dantooine. Any thoughts?

    I've been wondering this as well. I've only seen TLJ once so far so I can't recall what the environment around the temple looked like but I was wondering if it was on Yavin 4? Could've been on Dantooine as well.

    Probably a new planet. I'm sure we'll get a name soon. It took a little bit after TFA came out to get the name of Luke's hiding place, Ahch-To.

    I would love to know also... I get the feeling that they will leave this a mystery for the sake of it being a mystery though. I hear people mention Lothal a fair bit but I don't watch the cartoons so don't know much about it...

    I still wish RO had of gone with the original idea of having the first Rebel Base on Dantooine being evacuated at the start of the film before they moved to Yavin 4 - That would have been something!

    There's a map in one of the books (TLJ Visual Dictionary). It shows a planet a bit away from Kashyyyk as "the start of Luke's journey".
