Yea I heard about Jedi Survivor’s poor prefomajce. I actually didn’t have anything run poorly on my PS5. But apparently it’s better on consoles

 

I only have a Switch so PC is my only option sadly. Eh, it's fine though, I still need to finish the original. And the 20+ other things on my gaming backlog.

 

I only have a PC. Haven't had a console since 2001.

I was the idiot who bought a Sega Dreamcast in 2000, right before it was discontinued. That was the end of my console career.

 

Last night I rewatched Idiocracy, and there's a scene in the last couple of minutes that shows a guy looking at two issues of an adult magazine that's called "MANNDO".

 

Is it too late to join in? I have a rando social question. If I still in work in office with my geek buddies I have no doubt "This is the Way" would said in response to most things. For those still in real life offices, has this phrase caught on. Almost makes me want to go back to work.

 

I hear both "This is the way" and "I have spoken" fairly often among friends and neighbors who are only casual SW fans. Yeah, I'd say those have caught on.

 

Challenge to self - work in "This is the Way" next time I'm at the grocery store.

 

I came up with a concept for a TV show..... it's called Quarters Hoarders.
Basically, it's a spoof episode of Hoarders, but it involves someone who is obsessed with collecting the various editions of U.S. quarters. The collection had started off small, when, as a child, they only collected the bicentennial quarters. Then, when state editions were released, the collection was reinvigorated. And then, when the national parks, historic sites, and famous people quarters were produced, the collecting began to get out of hand. While waiting for new quarters, they passed the time by collecting old quarters. The show will start off with a slideshow of the early days of the collection, photos of the quarters stacked tidily with smiling faces aplenty. But eventually, the stacks became taller and taller, and quarters started to pile up all over the home. When the current footage rolls, the occupants of the house are crawling over mountains of quarters, just mere feet from the ceiling, barely able to shimmy beneath doorways.
I'm thinking the show will never get made, simply because I think it would just require way too many quarters to fill a home. Even if the lower five feet of the piles were gravel, topped with a layer of quarters, that's still a lot of quarters we're talking about. And the flooring of the house might need to be reinforced to prevent a cave-in.
