ST Mark Hamill (Luke Skywalker) in Episode VII

Seems like a ton of work to get an on-location shot.

 

The closest place to London that they could get that not only was right environment wise but had complete privacy for the 'Luke Returns' scene.

 

Bring Daisy's stunt double, those steps look pretty treacherous. Oh and Mark's too. Just in the event he puts his back out or something on the way there in the chopper. Once we get everything set up the shot'll take 5 mins and then were out.

 

*3 Days. 3 Days of Mark, Daisy, their stunt doubles and a crew for a minute-long, no-dialogue handoff.

Still does not make sense to me.

 

They wanted to be finished for 5.30pm'ish but were still there after 8pm. Probably getting the sunset shots.

But which out of those three days did Daisy, Hamill and their respective stunt doubles travel to the island?

I dunno. Which is part of why it makes no sense to me.

 

I hope the film cuts from Rey and Luke meeting on the steps and brief dialog, to a wide shot of the two of them (stunt doubles) standing on a cliff or something overlooking the ocean as the sun rises, maybe sabers drawn, practicing very martial arts type moves, slow, methodical, beautiful training as the music swells massively... That could be epic.

And there you go, you have a need for stunt doubles.

would be cool if Luke's voice guides Rey (and maybe Ren too) throughout the movie (every now and then) and we then finally see Luke at the end of the movie in flesh.

so at least with that Luke would be involved in the story.

 

but why should he guide Ren too?

Both trilogies have a handful of loud ideologues who spend their time here mindlessly bashing the films. And TFA hasn't even been released yet!
