Spoiler I think Ravonna knows more than she was letting on. She didn’t seem surprised when the Time Keepers were revealed to be androids. She and Kang have a history in the comics so I wouldn’t be surprised if she were working for him.
Week after week, this keeps proving itself to be the best of these Marvel shows and by an incredibly wide margin. It isn't even close. Strip away all of the MCU connections and I would still be very into this as its own thing. Spoiler Guess I was right about Mobius and the jet skis, sorry to see him go. Yay, B-15! I quite like Wunmi so I was glad to see her about face. Sif! That’s great to see Jamie again. I hope she is in Thor Love & Thunder too. And the Wizard of Oz schtick with Ravonna and the TVA is closer to being unveiled. Richard E. Grant is perfect for classic Loki.
Spoiler Oh man, so much to take in! I was not expecting them to take the narcestual direction with Loki and Sylvie, but I can see how that could cause a Nexus Event (and, I suspect, is why the TVA tried to prune her from the start- she is either the only female Loki or the only female Loki variant destined to cross paths with a Prime Loki variant). I was shocked they pruned Mobius- until they then pruned Loki. That's when I started to think that maybe pruning doesn't kill you but rather sends you somewhere else. And, lo and behold, we get a stinger that confirms that. That's right, people: Owen Wilson ona jet ski is still on the table! And then we get silver age Loki, tights and all! And I haven't even mentioned the Timekeepers stuff (but, holy damn crap, do you need subtitles on for the righthand side Timekeeper or what?).
I've been enjoying this show, but with those last ten minutes and the stinger there's really no limit as to where it could go next. Spoiler Guess it's time to rename the show Loki(s).
I know. I bet we’ll see Spoiler Mobius again at some point. I’m thinking however this ends up, that it will not only set the stage for Doctor Strange MoM, but Thor Love & Thunder too.

Spoiler Also Ravenna has another agent working for her that is unknown to Mobius. How does that play into the last two episodes.
I think the series has all but de-facto Spoiler confirmed the multiverse still very much exists and unspools contrary to the TVA’s statements, and that what we’re witnessing is more like a cordoned off and carefully tended section of it… or that it’s under “control” by the villain of the series while it’s natural state is expansive and unending. The fact that pruning doesn’t seem to actually kill someone as much as banish them (potentially) likewise suggests that what we’re dealing with is more likely a Kang-style paranoid trying to control his empire after he used time travel to set-it-up. Best mind-twisty answer to use? Spoiler The other agent… is another Mobius variant. This Ravonna sees multiple versions of the same agents everyday.
Spoiler Oh for sure. The Loki’s machinations in this series is definitely what’s gonna unleash the multiverse of madness. As Sylvie said the universe is struggling to break loose.
Spoiler I just hope that, in the Doctor Strange sequel's portrayal of the multiverse, it is more about crazy Ditko splash pages and eldritch abominations. Leave the doppelganger stuff to characters like Loki here.
Spoiler Funniest part of the episode to me - Loki’s insults to Mobius about being dopey and folksy. Sounds like a late 1990s Time Magazine review praising a relatively unknown Owen Wilson or an early 2010s review putting down an establish Owen Wilson. Wilson is fantastic in this series. He seems revived and having fun. He’s such a great foil for Loki. He’s perfectly off beat in the MCU and the bureaucratic nonsense of the TVA.
Agreed. I think btw this and Spoiler Thanos’ snap, there is more than enough rationale for Gorr to become The God Butcher.
I’m watching this episode again Spoiler let’s talk about costume design on this series. Mobius is having drinks with Ravonna in her office. Ravonna is usually dressed in business fascist. But in this scene her tie is off and her blazer is unbuttoned and he silk shirt open at the collar. Her blazer is transformed to have more of a casual fun tuxedo look. She has an after the show party look to her outfit. I am assuming this is the actual outfit worn usually and not modified. Even if it is that’s more costume design. we are seeing some amazing variation that reinvents business attire and modifies it for different scenes. Like the dress shirts with collars that are part of the shoulders of the shirt. What’s so amazing is how these new spins on old designs can then be used to depict different moods and tones. Like Loki wearing a variant jacket and later ditching it. And how that modifies his Apple ace and screen presence.
One thing i keep thinking Spoiler how big is the extent of Ravonna/TVA lies ? Were ever those infinity stones really infinity stones for example? Do they really erase the "nexus event" and turn back the sacred timeline to normal or would it be a scheme where nothing really happens and someone takes over the place of the variant that created the nexus and keep going the alternate timeline/reality to his/her benefit ? See the person behind the TVA basicly "slaves" the variant and add it to his army/police corps while taking advantagde from the chaos the variant had created ! And more importantly: the variant couldn't really retun to its original timeline ? Take Loki as the better example: the show variant got away with the Tessaract and according to TVA created a "nexus event/new illegal timeline" that had to be corrected. But remember: we saw Loki got captured after he scapes New York, but they never truly explained OR SHOWED how they put Loki back in place to travel back to Asgard with Thor as it happened originally in the Avengers. My point would be: shouldn't the TVA erase the events that just happened in New York instead the one happened in Mongolia ? Didn't the sacred timeline get diverged in New York ? How really (and wich) Loki is that Thor took back to Asgard after what we saw in Endgame ? Also Ravonna answers to Loki's question on why the Avengers were considered "variants" looks extra suspecious right now. I would say whoever is behind the TVA simply did not wan to mess with the Avengers ( and eventually have his/her scheme found) and that's why they let them go So many question and so little episodes left
i'm pretty confused at this point , but given what marvel has done with TIME, i know there is no point in trying to figure it out
