I'm making a Matrix fight and I need some sounds that come from the fights, especially the swooshes (the sounds their hands and feet make when they're going really fast). I've noticed that the swooshes in the Matrix are almost like they're played in reverse, but I tried that and it didn't sound right. I looked in the movies and got as many swooshes as I could from areas that didn't have music (I got three swooshes). Does anyone know where I can find some of these files, or how I could make them? Maybe there's some way you could pull them off of the Matrix video game, I've noticed that there's a few silent areas in that game.

Oh yeah, sorry if this is off-topic.

While we're at it, does anybody know of a sound extractor for Enter The Matrix?

A lot of these could help me too. Does anyone know?

Although I also need the sound for the slow bullets.

Has it ever occured to you that the bullet swooshes are just slowed down bullet sound effects. Well, that's probably the best you'll get.

    Or, Go Here.

But if I were to do that, that would (theoretically) reduce its quality, correct?

I use the Creative Labs "Recorder" software where I can set to record "what-you-hear". So I pop in the DVD and try to get parts without too much music and grunting and voila. If you have similar software, it might just work.

Well you can't extract the sound files from Enter the Matrix easily. On another board someone requested sounds from enter the matrix, but one of the developers of the game posted and said that the individual sounds aren't just one sound "file", but a combination of sound "files" that are put together with the programming of the game. Anyway I found a way around it so here. Enjoy ;)
