Metroid Prime need help

Hey guys listen i am stuck in chozo ruins and i need to find the grapple beam. Where could I find it and what do I need to do? I also want to know if after I find the grapple beam is there a heat resistant suit somewhere and if there is where could i find? Thx in advance for the help guys.

You can't find the grapple beam until towards the end of the game. Right now you want to make sure you've got the missles, charge beam, morph ball, and morph ball bombs. Then find the boss of the Chozo ruins (Flaagrha, I think) and beat him. That'll give you the Varia suit which is heat resistant.

Go to the Arboretum. (Look at the map. I think you'll have already been there) You have to find the four rune marks that are hidden around the room then go through the passage at the top. That'll get you to the boss.
