Amidala is the name she gave herself upon being elected Queen. Naberrie is her real last name.

 

Well thrawn technically goes by what a middle name would be for a Chiss(the actual middle part of his name). I can imagine that when they took in luke Owen and Beru calling him Luke Cliegg Skywalker. Can you imagine Beru Yelling "Luke Cleigg Skywalker go clean your room or your not getting any dinner."
