Andor Ahsoka Mon Mothma

Her dad was Space French, and called her my Mothma.

 

Mon financing the Rebel Alliance has analogies to what we call terrorist organisations, of course in this world we know the truth and that the political power are the bad guys. Of course, when Saw goes too far, it seems Mon withdraws his financial backing...

 

Everything I've seen so far with Mon screams strength and elegance.

She certainly isn't afraid to raise concerns or express her unhappiness. I've been on the end of one of "those" moments (husband and wife) a few times in my life.

 

Ok I just something from an interview, and apparently Mon Mothma married at 16 and was in an arranged marriage. She has a daughter who we will get introduced to, maybe someone from the main trailer. Maybe Vel?

 

It was so good to see her again I'm a much anticipated and expanded role. I would love to see her character cross over to other shows. She did a great job and now we are all left with wanting more. That scene with her husband, great stuff. And this dinner, with Imperial slimos like Sky Moore!...Can't wait!

 

Her husband should have been a Mothman. A man with a moth’s head.

Missed opportunity.

 

And instead of an airspeeder, they should ride around on Mothra.

This reminds me that I’ve always wanted to see Emperor Palpatine riding Ghidora.

Yet another great opportunity the sequels missed out on. She definitely could've made an appearance. I'm still ultimately curious as to whether she died from her illness. I remember in Legends canon she actually did pass away under the same circumstances. .

 

I think Mon Mothma may have the purest of hearts in all of Star Wars. At every step, even with all of what she is doing in the background, her first and foremost thought is for no one to suffer or be killed. No wonder it appears to affect her deeply in ROTJ when she speaks of all of the Bothan spies that die.

And no wonder she was the right choice to be the leader of the New Republic following the Empire's defeat.

But at the same token, unfortunately there are things that need to be done in the background that are less than desirable - which ultimately is Cassian's story.

 

Just another superb performance from O'Reilly again this week. She continues to be the MVP of the series for me.

 

Many Bothans died to bring us this series.

 

I drank a bottle of wine whilst wistfully gazing out of the of bi-folds as the trees shed their leaves all over my lawn. And then it hit me, there’s something shifty about Mon Mothma’s daughter.

 

Yes I need to rewatch the last episode as someone stated her daughter finishes talking then gazes off to the side and dissapears into teenage bratdom.

 

Given what we've seen so far it seems quite likely that Mon Mothma's daughter suspects she is having an affair with her childhood friend, and that since her relationship with her mother is rocky at best, that information will make its way into the wrong ears.

 

It looked like she was eating a blue Hostess Sno Ball.

 

The irony is that those blu Sno Balls are produced entirely by the hands of Bothan child laborers.

But does she say “Many Bothans died to bring me this Sno Ball?” Nope. Selective outrage, it seems to me.

 

Mom Mothma may have to force her daughter to get married to this dude’s kid. I think she will. I think her husband will be on board with it and he’ll be the one to make it happen.

 

She wont marry her daughter to kid of a shady criminal.

 

I am getting the feeling she won’t have a choice

 

She will find a comprimise
