Hey all, I am currently between projects right now so I decided I was getting tired of my old Company Intro so I made a new one.

Divx is a smaller download but the Sorenson3 version isn't bad either.

Download: (Right-click and Save Target As)
    DivX AVI version ~1.2MB
    or
    Sorenson3 QuickTime Version ~2.1MB

And also I don't really know what is up with ther jerkieness. Uncompressed it isn't there but when i compress it with either Divx or Sorenson3 it jumps. I can't seem to get rid of it. If anyone knows what is up with that please tell me.

    Please leave a response. Thanks.

So far, so good, though it needs some music to jazz it up. I'm thinkin' techno. :)

The jerkiness bit is really weird though...

I don't know what you two are talking about. It doesn't seem jerky to me.

In fact, it looks great to me - well done. Just needs some good music :D

That looks really good so far, I like the look of your logo. The render does appear to be jerky, but I can't figure out why. The output framerate is 30fps so that was my only guess. Did you composite the thing in After Effects as well - and was that framerate 30 to?

I thought you where going to continue to track out from the opening shot to reveal the logotype in full - but instead you got out of that shot and faded into the other one to reveal the logo. Any reason for doing that?

Daft: yes it was composited in AE, and yes the Comp was set to 30fps. Why didn't I zoom out to reveal the logo no reason, i just figured i would make a flashing kinda boom noise when the screen whites out and then fade in the logo with kinda a low hum kind of sound. Make sense, hehe.

I think it's excellent and my one suggestion is to definitely have it zoom out to reveal your company name.

In my humble opinion, I think you should stay on the gyro for four or so seconds, then have it slow to a quick stop, drop the color and washout while the words fade up, then have the letterbox drop and rise from the top and bottom, hold for two seconds, then fade out. The close up of the words zooming behind the gyro tend to be distracting, and since you don't pull out to see the words, it's not needed. And if you did pull out, it's also redundant to have your logo twice, unless it turns to the black letters of the final image.

I don't know if I make sense, but I hope that helps tho.
