I think you're talking about tenses, I think. I know Amon said about 7 tenses when she taught me a bit of Croatian :p

If so, present, past participle, Past conditional, Future, Future conditional, etc?

No, I know what tenses are . I'm not sure how many tenses are in Polish, though.

Casus is a thing you with your simple (not to say primitive...) language could never think of :p

Hmm, well, we do have nominatives, genitives and datives, but I can't think of a big word to describe them all.

If so, present, past participle, Past conditional, Future, Future conditional, etc?

Futur I, Futur II, aorist, imperfekt, pluskvamperfekt, perfekt, prezent, imperativ, kondicional I, kondicional II - all of them can be glagolski pridjev aktivni or glagolski pridjev pasivni form. Gl.pr. exactly mens 'verb adjective'.
Cobra; condotionals are not times, they are verb forms. Every verb has vid, vrijeme, lice. Vid determines if verb is finished or unfinished, vrijeme is a tense and lice is 'face'. ?primitive' ;) language like English doesn't ahve that, but for every noun or pronoun there is a special verb form.

Seems you haven't even started learning... Do you count contitionals as tenses too, LoaN? I'm not sure how many tenses there are in Polish. But we've got finished and unfinished verbs too. They rock. I remember helping my Ukrainian acquaintance with her Polish exercices, they were quite difficult for me.

to loan, to be loaned, I can't remember them all.

And hey! I know what the tenses are, and how to say "I am singing". I think.

    Ja sam pjevao?

    pjev-something, in any case :p

Why "sam"? Do you use helping verbs in present in Croatian?

In Polish it would be just "Ja spiewam", not "Ja jestem spiewam".

    "Ja pjevam" ;)

"Ja sam pjevao" is past tense. Or in english "I was singing". :)

You'll get the hang of it. ;)
