When the Korriban Sith spirits denied Palpatine a throne... and the Exegol Sith Eternal still did his bidding, watching how all attempts to resurrect the Korriban Sith elsewhere (Kun, Ragnos, etc.) failed... there was only one left standing... White Eyes, their Sith'ari. Living proof he is the One they had been waiting for. Cue.. rebranding. Although he was still on strings then.. so it might have been a bit premature, especially when later he needed a steward on the throne in Krayt and basically bypassed the loyal Wyyrloks that had the better skill and claim for it. Worse even that Abeloth came by and proofed herself worse than their One, albeit shorter lived.. for now.

 

So did they originally look like those red Sith Troopers, but then Krayt gave them an aesthetic change? I could also see the Annihilators being spiritual successors to the Xystons.

 

Impressive connecting of many plots, I like this idea.

Though this is also cool and works well.

 

Amazon has preview pages for the new Star Encyclopedia.

Most notable things for me are species names for certain characters and sectors for some planets.

Species name: Ochi is a Bestoonian, Carib Diss is a Skilla, and Wolentic Dudge is a Frejuke.

Sectors: Zeffo is in the Kanz sector, Pabu is in the Chopani sector.

 

Skilla you say... Is their homeworld named "skill" then?

Looks like Skara Nal is also in the Chopani sector, which makes me wonder if there is a reason for he Copani Void...

Also looks we will get plenty of ship manufacturers and model numbers. That will be nice.

 

Skilla as a planet should be near a black hole called Charybdis!

Zeffo's location makes me see connections...

Axis Base looks like a converted Hapan Battle Dragon...

The Bothan-5... will they ever give us a true Bothan?

 

It occurs to me that the Encyclopedia may be another outlet for material from the canceled Mandalorian Visual Guide.

 

God I hope we finally get species for all them Canto Bight weirdos. There's just so many of them!

 

Given Ederlath was said to be only 11 years old, circa 7 ABY (in the Dark Empire Sourcebook) that does imply a few years down the road for her, I guess.
Of course - her age could get altered.
(Still works fine for One Canon of course)

 

Just you wait until when Han and Leia begin talking about their future baby's name and Han brings up Jacen as a possibility. And Leia goes 'Jacen? That's a dumb name. I would never call my kid that'.

 

Han Solo Jr. needs another attempt to get Leia's approval!!!

But for me he will always be BErethoN Solo

I got a book early... a big one:

The Star Wars Encyclopedia by DK, releasing November in UK and US... holding it in my hands right now. Diving in!
