LA, CA Next event -- Unofficial Happy Hour -- Bennigan's Glendale Friday, 11/3

Ok, well I am going to see if I can make it to Thursday night for the LAFF group, Thursday was always our tradition. The two or three times I went to Glendale.

 

I can make it Thursday.

 

I will be there both nights, as I said. So, just look for me and we'll get this party started .

 

I'll try to be there on Thursday. Since it was changed to Friday, I made plans for Thursday. Why is this so complicated?

 

Because people are very busy?

 

OK, I think we should put it back to one night. What is the day that most people can come?

 

Yes, I think so too. It's too much for you to come out twice, Helen. Just stick with Thursday. That's my .02 Republic Credits on Tatooine.

 

I don't mind. With five people on Thursday and eight on Friday, it'll be two little groups and that's better for conversation, anyway.

 

I'll probably have to be there on friday, unless my professor doesn't show up, then, that will free up that night to hang with JN, DW, and everyone else who doesn't have to go to school on thursday nights.

 

Seems to me more people CAN'T come on Thursday & CAN attend on Friday. Besides, anyone who doesn't have to get up early Saturday morning(not me unfortunately) can stay later on Friday night, if they choose.

I used to hang out at Bennigans in Arcadia with friends, but it closed. I'd really like to be able to join you there this Friday.

Well, we were there last night until just about 8:30 PM. See, most people get there by 7 and then we had dinner, so 90 minutes was about right.

 

I'll be there tonight, Gods willin' & the crick don' rise.

 

It was fun hanging with SR, VK, JN, DW, and ASx2. We don't get to see much each other these days. It was nice to catch up and talk about C4!
Our bill even said "Star Wars" on it. I'll take a picture and post it later. I didn't have a chance to do that last night.

 

Are we still doing round 2 tonight? I there if we are.

We did have fun! I had a quiet little dinner with VK2 and SJ -- discussed costuming, the need to get a better job to make more money, and oh yeah, Star Wars, the Rose Parade and float decorating. It was a good evening.

We'll see how December goes, may try another unofficial get-together next month, otherwise, for sure in January.
